beautiful condition, exactly what i was hoping for. however battery health is at 74, not 90. but i dont mind. the reviews of this product were really scaring me but i think people aren't reading the “fair, good, premium, like new” conditions. anything under like new is going to have scratches, whether minor or not. you just have to read to see what you're getting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refurbished IPhone 13 arrived well packaged and included charging block, cable, and SIM ejection tool. The phone had no noticeable damage or dents on the body and the screen had vey minimal scratches (3 tiny ones) that I noticed. The screen also came with a pre-applied screen protector. The phone was fully unlocked and I was able to get on the TMobile network with my existing SIM card. Battery health was at 89%. To be honest, I was expecting the phone to be in worse shape. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase.

Great purchase

I ordered the phone an the shipping was quick, besides fed exes side where they held my package for 5 extra days cause they wanted a signature with a 9am- 8pm time frame of the day with no estimated drop off. Also fed ex had shipped the package to the town next to me,around 30 min there an 30 back without time waiting in line.  Package was flawless tho the phone came in 100% clean condition. Works perfect battery seems to hold up the best out of all past phones. Rate it a 10/10 but keep an eye out on fed ex drop off

Perfect phone but price kinda iffy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first refurbished electronic purchase. Needless to say, I was a little apprehensive. However, it turned out to be a great phone through a good seller. It came in as described, with just minor scratches on the outer shell. It was easy to set up with our existing cell service. I've been using it for 4 months now and have had no issues. Great deal all around for a used IPhone.

No worries to be had over refurbished IPhone

Actually it's a good product but it's quite a big dent from dropping I guess but the list just said there are visible small scratches from wear and tear. It actually quite big noticeable. I'm just saying there should be a  deeper discount I think. I ended up paying over $500 for an old product and a big dent. Other than that it's still working great.

Bigger damages than stated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't use either phone.  Neither would update iOS so couldn't finish setup.  One wouldn't charge and had a large, very noticeable scratch across the screen.  The other looked like part of the casing had been broken near the screen and just bent back together.  I wouldn't have cared about the casing as a phone case would cover up the defect, but I was very disappointed with this purchase.  This was my first time buying refurbished, but it might also be my last.  It will definitely be the last time I order from this company.  Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered and received 2 unusable phones

I didn't trust the 1 star reviews but I should've. Buying this was a waste of time, very scuffed up and arrived with a non-apple battery installed that the phone couldn't even detect. Just trust me, it isn't worth it unless you like the gamble. Probably much more likely to get a poor quality product than a good one.

Don't listen to the 5 stars

box was empty. had a packing slip, a red warning paper and a pushpin. I looked this business up. they have another name with the same address. the address is of that of a carpet store. this is not a legitimate business. the other reviews on the other one, follow mine. empty contents and bad communication.

Item was not true to description! The condition that was stated was not what i received. Item was poorly packaged too, My very first time purchasing a phone here thinking i would've gotten what was advertised, I was a bit hesitant due to the pricing but still went ahead.
