Decent Performance Despite Wear

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max here on Walmart.ca posted by gadget source, the phone was delivered faulty, it came in with a cracked screen, when I tried to put it on, the whole screen was full of ink as a result of the broken screen. Was totally useless. I called walmart.ca over 10 times, they kept telling me to take it to a nearby walmart store for return, walmart stores kept telling me they do not accept returns of any item purchased online over $250. This particular experience has made me conclude that WalMart.ca swindles people and it's a very unreliable place to purchase electronics or phones. Very wicked and mean. I still have the phone, I can't use it, I can't return it
