The phone came perfectly rapped,no scratches or anything, no  cracks, no dents this phone is absolutely amazing although I was very impressed with the color I thought it was going to come white I’m glad it didn’t I got in the right color light purple ☺️☺️. This seller is amazing. I will be buying from them again soon.😁

I am not happy with the condition or specifications with the device per Walmart listing. 
1. It was listed  as “Like-new” condition with very light micro-scratches, invisible at a distance of 8-12 inches (arm’s length). That means I expected Excellent condition. but the item i received  was Good/Fair condition.  It can not be rated as "like new".
2.  SIM Card Size: nano-SIM card. This specification is wrong. I do not find any  Nano Sim card slot in the device. it only allows eSim.

Condition or Incorrect specification of device

The phone is pretty, however, the battery life is absolutely terrible. It takes four hours to charge, the charger that came with it didn't work, and every other charger that I try charge is slow, even my well-known rapid charger that I've used for iPhone 14s before. There are also a lot of Scratches and chips on the Camera. It says “1  hours” on the screen, but it’s been plugged up for an hour already and it’s only at 21%.

Terrible battery

I ordered this 14 Plus because the description and details assured it was in “like new” condition. Upon opening, I immediately noticed countless scuffs including a deep indent on the top right indicating years of fall damage and use. I ordered this for a Christmas gift, I’d be way too embarrassed to gift this to someone. If you’re okay with a very obviously used phone, then it’s an okay deal. Also worth noting is that the battery is not authentic, so while the health is at 100%, there could be plenty of issues with it. I’ve ordered from this seller before and had a great experience- it’s always a gamble when you order used. I just wish this listing didn’t claim it was for a phone in a condition it is not because now I’m gonna be empty handed at Christmas while I wait for a refund.

NOT “like new”

Less then 30 days into having this device my screen started lifting. The battery is swelling causing the screen to bulge out

I understand that the product was previously refurbished, but I think they could've done a better job. There is still cracks in the screen and dense around the phone

this iphone 16 plus is the worse it will not come on plus makes a popping noise when plug into the charger i will be getting a refund for sure ..

iphone 14 plus I don't recommend

When trying to set up, the phone would turn green then black. The phone would get hot despite not doing anything. The phone would turn off and back on again.
