This phone was a really good deal and it works just like I expected. There's not really a big difference from this phone and the iPhone 17 Pro so just get this one and save like around $1000 such a good deal would recommend to anyone and the battery lasts good and feels good minimal scratches on the side, but when you put on the case, it looks perfect this phone was a really good deal and it works just like I expected. My review for this phone is that it's a great phone to get. It may be on the pricier side if you're really not trying to spend too much money but a great one to begin with. And don't read all the low review ones because chances are it will most likely look brand new but with a few scratches. The one I got had a scratch on the bottom of the frame that shows the natural metal. And had 83% max battery capacity when it came in. Just remember that you're buying a refurbished phone, which is a used phone that got service on it to be sold again. Just try to not to expect it to be in perfect condition, be even if it's not, it's still going to be a good phone. My 12 was refurbished and yes it had a few frame scratches and two barely noticeable screen scratches but hey, it's refurbished, I knew it may not be the best but it's still going to work good. Just remember, it's refurbished, not brand new. Don't expect perfect. Expect good.

I do not like doing reviews especially bad ones but I've just received my new iPhone 14 Pro which was in “like new” condition with “no screen scratches” and there are several deep scratches in the screen:/. Disappointed because they only will refund and not exchange for the same price and another phone.  Not even sure how I return it but just not as described at all.

I purchased this phone through Walmart, but I did not start using it immediately. Initially, I was using a headset for communication, so I didn't notice any issues. However, I have recently discovered that the phone's speaker is not functioning properly. The volume is extremely low during incoming calls, making it difficult to use the phone without a headset.

Phone speaker does not work

Buy this phone if you want a significantly degraded battery. The battery on my phone was 74%, which is terrible. The description said that it would be at least 80% but no. I tried to get a partial refund but they only gave me $25 and that's obviously not enough for a replacement battery and installation. The phone itself is in good condition with no scratches

Battery sucks

The phone itself in general is good in itself but the battery life is horrible i could be on it from 6 in the morning to 11 and it's almost on 40%  my plus lasted longer and i get it's a smaller phone its just the battery life should be much more stable than it is so if you want a phone with battery life i highly wouldn't recommend if you don't care for battery life than I recommend

The product's battery life is terrible. It doesn't even stay on for 2 hours. I payed so much for a product that doesn't actually work. The merchant is a scammer.

Bad iPhone 14

Personally I'm not happy. Very expensive phone. Even for a used phone. Expensive. Inside the case I purchased. I dropped the phone once %26 it shattered beyond repair

Broke instantly

I am very disappointed in my purchase with this company. The description was a complete lie. It was supposed to be like new. Well that was a complete joke. I have bought many refurbished phones and none oh them have been in this bad of condition. Definitely do not purchase from this company unless you want to be disappointed. So many marks on phone and definitely noticeable from more the 12 inches.
