I love the fact that I saved money and still got the same satisfaction

I gave it a 4 stars because I was having issues with the earpiece, every time i answer the phone I was not able to hear anything. I always had to answer the phone with speaker on. I tried every  directions to fix it, but it never worked so that's how I decided to return the phone. The phone was in awesome condition and the camera was amazing. That's was my only issue.

iPhone 14 Pro Max

The phone itself looked flawless but the battery takes all day to charge. The first couple days I couldn't get it to charge at all. I'm going to fill out a return request that's the only complaint I have but I know Walmart will take care of it. Thank you.

Battery unexceptionable

Use caution with seller   Advertised as “like new” but arrived scratched front and back and not wiped.

Not as described

Although the item was described as new, it had a battery health of 78% with visible scratches on screen.
This is completely unacceptable.

Horrible product.  Doesn't even come on.  It has to get restarted every time we try to use it
