Absolutely love this phone. It is in excellent condition and is exactly as described.  Would definitely buy a used phone again from Walmart.  Plus the customer service with Walmart were awesome in getting the phone to me. I definitely have no complaints.

Iphone 14

I was skeptical about the condition of the phone but decided to try it anyway. To my surprise, the phone was in excellent, comparable to new condition. The battery was at almost 100% of original. The screen looked perfect, no scatches. No issues with missing pixels or touchscreen dead spots. Lightning port had no problems. Very happy to save some money on a refurbished phone.

It's really like new

I have been an apple iPhone user for years and I needed to get a new cell for my personal use.  Pick a restored iPhone 14.  Great phone in pristine condition.  Very satisfied so far!

Very good service, fast delivery but I do not understand, with my phone I did not receive the charger for my battery. Could you please send it to me or I'll go and pick it up in a Walmart in Quebec City (Place Fleur de Lys)

Battery charger missing

When I bought this phone for my daughter, the battery is only at 84%. Right now after months it is now at 80% which is not really good. The battery dies too quick. 
I thought the restored phones has a good battery life same as what I get from Koodo store..

Battery life is not good

This iphone was written "like new" but, it arrived with stripes on the rib of the front speaker. The cameras work great, fast and good quality. The phone itself is good, but it overheats when you use tiktok at times to the point of getting hot. The color is really belle. Comes with an adapter so you can use a usb-c wire

Bought the phone with description ''like new'', I received the phone with damage on the screen which is definitely NOT like new. I am dissapointed that the quality of the item does not match the decription. Walmart should take more care with the 3rd party suppliers they use.

Item being sold ''like new'' has screen damage

just received and unboxed my phone today.  upon inspection I was shocked to see a chip on the edge of one of the camera lenses that lead to a crack across entire glass lens.  Listing was described as "like new" !?  This to me is not as described.  Will be returning today to nearest Walmart.

Disappointed.

I had high hopes with this product, but was sadly disappointed upon receipt. It was not in fact, Walmart‘s fault, though. It was the third-party supplier of this product, which said it was to be like new and completely refurbished and checked over. Upon receipt one of the camer lenses on the phone was chipped and had a crack across. I immediately returned to Walmart and with no questions asked they refunded my money so I have no issue with Walmart. Only with the third-party company that supplied this iPhone and misrepresented the description..

Not like new

I've been with iPhones for so long.  I was super excited to get a "new" to me phone, but after not even getting into the actual phone itself and checking it out.  I decided switch over my apps iCloud, etc. then UPDATED it . I updated the phone and it wouldn't stop glitching (couldn't even type in my new passcode),  or check out the camera or quality of the phone. The phone kept overheating  after the update. When I put it on a charger, it would cool down. Weird. So I am upset that I only had this phone for a day and half maybe, and had to return it  so I wouldn't recommended, don't listen to everything you hear on the internet! ha ha. Great, for the others that had good experience though. I would have been happy with a replacement, but I am okay with my refund. I will just have to continue using my broken screen.
