first few weeks were beautiful - now, the phone needs charging in less than 12 hours, occasionally the phone  disconnects and shuts off (with battery fully charged) while in middle of a call or sometimes I just get connected to someone else call talking in foreign language while in middle of phone convo with a friend.. Extremely disappointing and of course, now there is no way to return this phone and it is not even 60 days yet - don't waste money on refurbished - totally disappointing experience with a refurbished "almost new" phone.

Do not waste money

The screen has very obvious scratches.
The battery is new, and everything else about the exterior is new.

I received this phone yesterday from Walmart and immediately noticed a serious screen defect. The display appears to have air trapped inside between the glass and the screen, creating an obvious two-tone/uneven appearance. This is NOT a surface smudge or something that can be wiped off — the issue is internal and clearly a manufacturing defect.

The screen looks improperly sealed or poorly laminated, which affects the overall display quality. For a new device, this is completely unacceptable. A new phone should not have internal screen flaws straight out of the box.

Very disappointed with the quality control. How do I start a return for a refund.

Purchased Nov 29, 2025. It's Mar 10, 2026 now and it stopped charging. Tried several different cables and ports, tried turning it on and off again, it's got all recent updates. Will revise review if customer service can fix this before I'm stuck with a very expensive brick.
