This iphone is last one with a true 'home' button below the screen. Purchased specifically for a visually impaired relative. Wanted iphone due to ease of interactive voice commands connected to Siri.

Phone worked great but can't use it

my iPhone 8 plus is amazing no damage there's nothing wrong with it for it to be refurbished phone it is amazing to do it think that it was playing new when I pay like $800 for it but I didn't I truly and strongly recommend that you buy this phone if you need one or real quick stay charged for 8 hours sounds great look great pictures are great thank you so much

Came with no scratches and works fine but the thing is that the battery's health is at 82% !!!! This is a bummer. Refurbished and grade “A” should have a battery life of at least 95% , i paid more for this one because I thought it would have a good battery.

It fell out of my hand once and the screen broke even with a screen protector and protective box on it. It appears to be poor quality.

Weak screen

The phone I received had a few scratches, which I could have lived with, but when I tried to play music or listen to a podcast, the sound was all crackly and only ONE speaker near the charging port had sound coming out of it and there was dirt inside the holes. Returned. Wont purchase through them again.

The phone start acting up a week later after I purchased it, the screen went dark, and the home button would not respond, waiting for the seller to see what the next option would be. Hopefully you'll be able resolution – it was a bad purchase.
