<ul><li>Samsung has kept protection of the device's internals from water and dust intact, though, backing it with an IP68 rating that should be good for dunks up to 30 minutes in water as deep as 1.5 meters (just under five feet).</li><li>All that glass presents a drop risk, but Samsung includes a basic screen protector pre-installed on the front of the device. It’s not as rugged as some other protectors (such as the one pre-installed on the OnePlus 5), as the edge of my driver’s license was able to etch a small groove into the protector after a couple weeks pressed together in a folio case.</li><li>The most noticeable departure in design is the new camera setup on the rear of the phone. The Galaxy S20 has a three sensor array all tucked into the corner of the phone. This makes for a large, rectangular camera bump. Samsung has also shifted the power and volume buttons to the right side of the phone and ditched the Bixby button, though the power button defaults to launching Bixby if held down.</li></ul>

Picked up at store charged up at home was as advertised.I am very satisfied with the purchase and the process.

No issues, good battery, good screen, like new.

Great

Phone is in great condition, hate that it doesn't have a headphone jack. Expendable storage helps a tone.
Came with a charging cord/brick and a sim card pin.

Nice phone

The phone is in the condition specified. However was initially sent the wrong phone and it took a week to get the proper phone that was ordered.

Product was good order got mixed ip

The batter life on this phone is disappointing, to say the least. The charging is also ineffective at times, those faults aside, it is a great device, it has a good camera, it works fast and charges just as fast.

Poor Battery Life

The battery was not good in the phone.We had to replace it was completely drained.

Recieved the phone and it was not in working condition. No one has gotten back to me to resolve the issue.

Received faulty phone, avoid.
