The phone doesn't lay flat , hinge is possibly damaged or it has a new screen that wont allow the phone to fully open.  Im keeping the phone as i love my old z flip 4 . I understood it wouldn't be perfect and the price was great ! it arrived quickly as well.

I purchased this cell and nowhere in the description does it say this is a refurbished phone.  I received a refurbished phone with obvious screen damage. Buyers beware as I also was unable to return this product. Very disappointed with this purchase.
