Mailing took a little longer than expected but it works amazing exactly what I needed for a phone.

Took a little longer than expected

I ordered flip 5 restored like new. but it has display edge is broken

disple edge has broken.

Sold me a phone with a faulty digitizer for the screen. When I asked for return at 82 days and the digitizer failing at around 70 days they said sorry 39 day returns only. Walmart support says get Samsung warranty which doesn't cover a used phone from 2023 so guess im stuff with this one. Better to go get a phone from Amazon or best buy where they provide a better return policy.

A great return policy and service.
