I did not realize that this item was not advisable for a cabinet that has a drawer over it. I ended up needing to return it. It may have been in the fine print but I missed it. Customer service was great at Spreetail, though and they arranged for it within just a couple of minutes. For that reason, I give high marks. Everything else I ordered went in easily, and I saved so much over the big box stores.

Buyer error not a product issue

I like it. We are putting in the Island when we get it finished. Being we are making it, it works out perfect..

Using with 40 lb appliance, seems sable however there is some side to side movement.  Great quality, delivered in sooner than expected time.  Great product support!

Rev-A-Shelf Heavy Duty Lift System

Found out after I received this item that it cannot be installed in a kitchen cabinet with a drawer. Installed it anyway but had to remove the drawer and hardware and the horizontal divider between the door and drawer. A lot of bother but cheaper than buying a new cabinet.

Cannot Be Installed in Cabinet with Drawer.

This would have been awesome EXCEPT it doesn't work with my kitchen aid professional series mixer. I checked and double-checked all the measurements before ordering this lift and the new cabinet for it in my kitchen remodel. Nowhere did I see the limitations of the brackets themselves; I mounted this in a 15" cabinet but the bracket arms take too much additional width and don't accommodate the arms or lift lever of my mixer. This must only work for a tilt-head mixer and I am SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Don't buy if you have a large capacity mixer!
