Dog-proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this product in our kitchen so that our trash can is not just sitting out in the open. I do feel like the trash has to be taken out a lot more since it's 2 separate smaller trash bags instead of 1 large on, but I guess that's the trade off to using this. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

Very happy!

Spreetail, LLC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed something for our garage. Something for recycling and garbage without removing more space from our work area. With this hidden gem, we have that option!

We have a "rolling cabinet" we had designed to block our son out of the kitchen in our old place, but we have no use for it upon moving. We have incorporated this to now be where the garbage and recycling will be in our garage. No wasted space! I wish I could put them everywhere - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom... it would be great to have less garbage can and more space!

Hidden Garbage Bins!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this RevAShelf to replace the existing garbage bin slide outs that previously came with the house. This slide system is rock solid! I knew right away by the weight of this versus the old one. I highly recommend!

Heavy duty upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably one of the best things I could of done to my kitchen . Keeps the eyesore garbage can
Out of the picture . Wife loves it . She always hated the look of a garbage can in plain sight . Scored some points with this one . Lol
Trust me when I say it's very easy to assemble . Nothing to be scared of . Just make sure you buy the correct size and you'll be good . Highly recommended. Score some point with the wife you won't regret it.

What A game changer !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We Installed the Rev-A-Shelf Single Pullout Trashcan in white at my parents house because their Pullout Trashcan desperately needed replacement. They had their original installed in the year 2000 (in the year 2000....)!
We were stunned at the ease of the install but most of all taken aback by the amazing quality of the wood. 10/10 highly recommend

Fit perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the hardest parts of planning a kitchen design is figuring out how to incorporate the trash receptacles. This was fantastic for my purposes. i hate having the trash and recycling out in the open and this was the perfect solution. The cans a nice size for kitchen trash and recycling and the unit is easy to install. As long as you get your measurements correct this is incredibly simple to install in a couple minutes. It slides easy and keeps unsightly trash and recycling hidden away so your kitchen looks flawless. I love this and highly recommend.

Keep trash hidden away

This isn't exactly what I was expecting but overall now that it's installed I am happy. The face frame of my cabinet was about 3/16” too wide and so I had to add some wood scraps until it was the perfect width. Although I am pretty handy it is quite finicky to install and I had to forget about using the instruction manual by page 2. Now that it's installed it's great, though I will note that the “soft close” isn't your typical soft close… it doesn't close on its own once in motion. All it does is prevent slamming, essentially the glider just has a pad on it that prevents anything fast.

Good overall

walmart.com

Just what we needed for our kitchen...installed in minutes. Delivered well ahead of schedule. Very good price for such a finished and complete product.

This is not trash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure what to say about the product as I am in the process of moving and I will have to update my review when I get it installed in my new place but I love the idea of it and I can see it being very beneficial to a small area.

Unsure

The wood frame is excellent. Would be nice if the ball bearing slides were soft close. Biggest problems are they sent me the wrong size at 14 and three-quarter inches wide instead of 15 inches as advertised, which would've fit my cabinet perfectly. Rather than go through the hassle of returning and re-ordering I shimmed 1/8 inch on each side. If you go to the Rev a shelf website, you'll notice these come in 1/4 inch increments to fit your cabinet width exactly. They sent me a 4WCTM – 18DM2–162 instead of a 4WCTM – 18DM2. I also had to modify the brackets that attached to the cabinet door as it would not adjust enough to come up tight to the face frame. I had to enlarge the adjustment slots.

Pay attention to the part number they send you.

Rev-A-Shelf Top Mount Single Pullout Under Cabinet Trash Can, 35 Qt, 4WCTM-12DM1 front-facing view of maple veneer dovetail top mount frame with clear coat finish, single white 35‑qt bin and rear storage bin, zinc-plated full-extension ball-bearing side slides and adjustable door-mount brackets, fits 12" cabinet opening (12"W x 22.75"D x 17.88"H); often used to conceal waste and store replacement bags.
