[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Rev-A-Shelf Single Pull Out Top Mount Trash Can free in exchange for my open and honest review. First of all let me say, wow the quality of this product is insane!! The pull out trash can frame was very well built and the mounts are really high quality! The ball-bearings hold 150 pounds! The pull out trash can be installed in any cabinet with an opening of 12 inches. I love that it comes with 2 different sized waste containers. I will say the installation instructions say it is easy to install but it took me about an hour and it was kind of a headache to install. Once installed I absolutely love it! Again, it is very high quality and I think the price is quite reasonable for the absolute quality I received. I want everyone to note that you really need to double check the dimensions of the opening and inside of the cabinet you are wanting to install this in. Also when you are considering where your are going to install this remember cabinet hinges, plumbing, and other objects that may be in the way. Again, I definitely recommend the pull out drawer and it looks absolutely beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this idea. I have a huge Golden that always looks for what he can get out of the trash. This also keeps those onion and meat scraps hidden. Containers pull out easily when they need to be washed. It was not hard to install and has decorative wood. It's a win win for everyone except the dog! Very good idea!

Perfect To Hide All Trash

Two 50 quart cans are included, you can use one for garbage and one for recycling, can even get lids which are sold separately. Very nice addition to my kitchen

Rev a shelf 50 qrt waste container

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad we decided installed this pullout waste container. The installation was relatively easy and it's so nice to be able to hide our waste containers. I use one for daily garbage and the other for recycling. It works great and I highly recommend.

Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never install cabinets of any kind again without putting in pull-out trash cans. We already had one Rev-a-Shelf double waste container in our kitchen and got this one for our master bathroom remodel. Keep in mind, sizing is important with these products. Double check your measurements and order the right one! Have a level before you get started. I think it helps to know how this looks once installed so we had a head's up there when it came to installation but my husband took his time and didn't have major problems. This is a high-quality product and will make your cabinets feel really custom. (Hint: get the optional lids if you use in a kitchen - they are bought seperately!)

Must have for kitchen

This isn't exactly what I was expecting but overall now that it's installed I am happy. The face frame of my cabinet was about 3/16” too wide and so I had to add some wood scraps until it was the perfect width. Although I am pretty handy it is quite finicky to install and I had to forget about using the instruction manual by page 2. Now that it's installed it's great, though I will note that the “soft close” isn't your typical soft close… it doesn't close on its own once in motion. All it does is prevent slamming, essentially the glider just has a pad on it that prevents anything fast.

Just what we needed for our kitchen...installed in minutes. Delivered well ahead of schedule. Very good price for such a finished and complete product.

This is not trash

The wood frame is excellent. Would be nice if the ball bearing slides were soft close. Biggest problems are they sent me the wrong size at 14 and three-quarter inches wide instead of 15 inches as advertised, which would've fit my cabinet perfectly. Rather than go through the hassle of returning and re-ordering I shimmed 1/8 inch on each side. If you go to the Rev a shelf website, you'll notice these come in 1/4 inch increments to fit your cabinet width exactly. They sent  me a 4WCTM – 18DM2–162 instead of a 4WCTM – 18DM2. I also had to modify the brackets that attached to the cabinet door as it would not adjust enough to come up tight to the face frame. I had to enlarge the adjustment slots.

Pay attention to the part number they send you.
