I started using this product during the covid crisis and realized that I needed a hairdresser to cut my hair, but not to color it. The hair coloring was easy, just follow the instructions.  If you are only doing your roots, use the squeeze bottle to distribute the color along the root line and gently shampoo it into your  roots. The color is ammonium free and does not irritate your skin. I can say that with confidence because I had my  head radiated and had no negative reaction to the coloring  chemicals.

Works very well and very affordable price

Great product! I have been using this for 8 years now...My hair color is fantastic! I have been using the golden chestnut brown....It took time for me to learn how to apply it to my hair and how long to let the dye stay in my hair before rinsing. The first few times I used it, I followed the instructions but the dye was not  completely absorbed because my hair has very thick stands (asian hair) 50% white hair and 50% black.  After dying my hair I let the dye to stay  for 1 hour then wet my hair just enough to massage  the hair to spread the dye evenly then wait for 30 minutes more before rinsing. I do any house  work while waiting.  The color does not fade, I do  root retouch  every three weeks  because my hair grows so fast.

This is my new color. I switched when Loreal (after 15 years) no longer lifted to the proper color. This is much more affordable. The fact that it does not have ammonia makes the whole process much more comfortable and less toxic! The keratin seemed to make a difference...maybe more shine, less drying.

Love the price.  My hair was brown with blonde and grey mixed in and this lightened it about 4 shades lighter (nowhere near as light as the girl on the box).  I almost gave it 5 stars anyway because it had NO UNPLEASANT SMELL, did not burn at all, and the conditioner did not smell like strong grandma's foot powder like other hair dyes I've tried!!  So yeah, I'll be using this again.  Maybe I'll leave it in longer next time.  My hair is silky soft and feels great.  Lots of compliments and looks professional.

I have been "hitting the bottle" covering my grays since I was 22 years old and my natural color was a warm brown. This color initially makes my hair feel like straw while it is processing and you need to be gentle not to break your hair when rinsing it off. I only leave the product on the roots for the full 30-40 minutes and pull the rest to the ends for only 10 minutes. My hair is below my shoulders in length and it will get weak if I leave the product on the length too long. Do your hairline and roots first, then pull it through. The conditioner helps to restore volume and the tactile smoothness but be very careful to not pull your hair. I do a really heavy condition the day before and the day afterward with my own product to help with moisture loss. Your hair will feel like a brittle bush right after coloring, then a fuzzy bush after application of their conditioner. Just hang in there for a day and then heavily condition and you will appreciate the results. It covers all your gray hair. Initially it can be a little yellow but I can pull that off. Highly recommend doing a test strand.

Very reasonable price for a pinch.

supposedly ash blonde it's supposed to take the brazzy yellow color. I do highlights at home that look like dark blonde and put this color over to try to brighten up.  Doesn't seem to work but it's cheap so ive kept buying it from Time to time. i guess I'm wasting my money lol does smell good and i like the conditioner.

Poor quality of hair dye in this particular packaging. I have used this brand of hair dye for years. But this time, the product didnt work correctly. Despite having my hair soaked, dripping wet,  my hair was left mixed between half dyed and areas where the dye didnt work, hair remained unchanged. My hair looked terrible with the different colored hair.
