It is in fact WATERPROOF! I tested it and it felt nice, did not burn my eyes when I accidently got it in. and when I rubbed my eye with water, It was NOT coming off. I'm very impressed and satisfied?

The one I use to use is no longer being made so I took a chance on this one. I use for my water line and have oily skin. This is my new regular as it stayed put, is bright white and affordable. Just what I was looking for.

The only sneakers that are truly wide enough.  I have them in all colors but couldn't find black on black I needed new ones. 
The price was great they are washable and very happy with Sketchers Summits.

This is money well spent, I was looking for an eyeliner that will not run down my face even if I apply moisturizers around my eye.  This eyeliner passed my test.

My eyes burn and water when I use it and it's so thin the tip breaks off when I apply it

I had purchased this hoping to try out new looks but was instead met with disappointment. The consistency of the formula makes it extremely difficult to get the color to apply. There is a way to get it to kind of stay on but I really am disappointed. I will be trying any other brand in the future

Watch out

I usually buy these eyeliners however, this particular item the navy blue worked the first time I used it then the second time which was actually overnight the product was put away correctly, but somehow the inside liner was dried out. The dried out part broke off and then the remainder of the eyeliner was OK. Strange but true. Being eight dollars a piece I feel like I got cheated.

It is not a smooth line it clumps by the lash line, and even the smudger does not move it out. I do not recommend it. Try something else.
