I bought this after I saw it on YouTube. As a person who wears contacts and has very watery eyes, I’m always looking for a long lasting smudge proof eyeliner that doesn’t break the bank. This went on effortlessly and at the end of the day, even after using a cleansing oil there was still some light smudges left on my eyes! If you want long lasting, this is it!

I really like this eyeliner! It glides on, stays put and doesn't run. I can get thin lines along my lashes with one swipe. Best out of dozens I've used over the years.

Wearing this beautiful eyeliner in the picture and look at that finish look, it's absolutely gorgeous! Very easy to remove too when you actually want to remove it but it stays on all day and doesn't smudge or run down your face when your sweating or crying etc. precision and consistency is just overall great.

I really like this eyeliner, especially for adding a bit of color to my makeup look. The pigment is strong and shows up nicely without needing to go over the same area multiple times. It glides on smoothly and is easy to control, which makes it great even if you're not super precise. Once it sets, it stays in place really well and doesn't smudge throughout the day. I also like the slight shine it gives, which makes the look feel a bit more elevated. Overall, it's a great option if you want something long-lasting but still easy to use

A smooth, long-lasting eyeliner with strong pigmen

I love this eyeliner. It's finish is nice and it lasts all day. It's not uncomfortable on my eyes. You can build it up for a darker look but I find just once is enough for me. It doesn't have an odd smell like some makeup might have. It's easy to hold and light in my hand for good control.

The Revlon Vinyl Eyeliner is a fantastic addition to any makeup collection! It delivers on its promise of a high shine, vinyl finish with great pigmentation and staying power. It's not entirely waterproof.

Color Pop

Such a good eyeliner, especially for the waterline. Application is super easy and very pigmented. It doesn't leak during the day. I think it'd also looks really good with brown eyes.

Love the formula of this pencil

Omg I was so so excited the first time I used it %26 it really is a game changer when it comes to the eyeliner world . But it seems a little unfair to pay the Amt of money we put into this product to only use it max 3-5 times. Will not buy again (I’ve bought it twice now) and maybe that’s the selling point idk .: Unless it comes with a sharpener or better design I will not buy it the third time . I’ve tried every sharpener there is to try and just like one of the reviewers said it’s actually really painful when you even attempt to put it on after sharpening. I would highly recommend pulling it off the shelves until they have a better design, because I promise you somebody is going to end up with eye damage .

There is no way to sharpen it

This wasn’t what I ordered ( Revlon Chrome Ink ultraviolet). You can’t just substitute anything just because it says Revlon.
