I decided to try this new variety while when it was on a terrific sale due to a digital coupon. I added some chopped up cauliflower and sweet orange pepper when the water was boiling. I try to sneak in vegetables where I can. My 20-year-old son said "this is the best rice you have ever made!" even though he isn't crazy about cauliflower. I like that this fried rice is vegetarian, which is a must for me. I made two boxes worth so we would have leftovers, but the four of us who were home for dinner ate most of it last night. Everyone in the family loved the rice and I will definitely buy it again.

Rice a roni

I use the stir fry rice a roni with one egg scrambled.  Then in a side pan I sauté mushrooms, onions some minced garlic and a bag of med size peel and eat shrimp.  About 15 minutes into the 20 min rice simmer  time I drain off the fluid from the sauté pan of treats and add them to the rice.  For the final 5 mins I stir the whole blend and then serve immediately while it's hot.  To add a bit of flavor I sometimes add a teaspoon of chicken bullion powder.  I am a bachelor and must confess I eat this 6+ times a month.  It's amazingly delicious.

I am hooked!

Our go-to quick rice side... Easy, quick, tastiest that we enjoy. Sadly it's very hard to find anymore.

Used to prepare homemade chinese rice by adding cut-up chicken breast, shrimp, cut-up lettuce, and scrambled eggs; the end results were two days of delicious servings

This product is Delicious and Easy to Make !! Cooked as directed on package for a wonderful side dish. Or add precooked chicken or shrimp for a great main course !! You can also add some Sweet and Sour sauce or Teriyaki sauce for a total different flavour profile! FANTASTIC ! Can highly recommend this product. Try it , I think you will be pleased !!!

Rice-a-Roni

My husband used to make this before we were married and he has continued to do so for over 20 years now. He makes your beef flavored rice a roni and adds mushrooms, leftover steak pieces (or cooks a steak to cut up at the time), cottage cheese (trust me it's delicious when it melts) and Munster cheese. It's so good. Our youngest a begs for it at least once a month.
