I have many boots with different grams of thinsulate. All Rockies. Their "last" is a perfect fit for me. My latest slip on low height, gortex boots are just another perfect fit.

These boots are attractive enough for "business casual," but sturdy enough for plain clothes "law enforcement casual" daily wear. I enjoy these boots very much and highly recommend them.

They weren't comfortable the first time I tried them on, but they broke in extremely quickly (3 hours). Since the second day, I have loved them. Fit any outfit.

I've been wearing these pull on ankle hiking boots at work everyday for a little over 2 weeks now. I like them pretty well. I can see where another reviewer said it could use a better insole, as the ones the came in the boots aren't very thick and shock absorbing. Maybe I'll order some better Rocky insoles. I'm glad that these are removable so I have that option of changing them. The only thing that could be better about these boots is if they had some “Thinsulate” insulation to make them warmer in colder weather.
