After hearing great things about these boots i decided to check them out.Rocky offered me a great discount on these boots too. I have zero complaints so far, been in the mud, creeks, and ridges. They are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. They are LIGHT!

ProLight Snake Boot!

Our first pairs of snake boots ever and they are very impressive. Tall and comfortable to wear. When trying it on for the first time they were very firm, but break in with use. They lace up tight. The problem if there is one, is that it can be difficult to unlace after a long day.

Just what we needed.

We ordered these to replace a different brand of Snake boots and they did not disappoint us at all. 
They fit well right out of the box, feel very good on your feet and legs too. 
I hope to never have to test them out against a viper but... I think they will do the job and then some. 
I do like the looks of them too. They don't make your feet look real big when looking at them from the side or down on them. 
I like them, very much.

Great feeling/looking boots.

These are the best snake boots we have ever brought. I have brought 2 pairs in my time, and my husband has brought 6 pairs in his time. We hope they never get discontinued. Only pair we love and has no side zipper. We have found that zippers fail too easily. As long as they are being made, we'll keep buying as ours wear down. We get compliments all the time.

Best no zipper snake boots.

I have had these snake boots for a few years now and to say they hold up well, would be an understatement. Where I like there are thick saw palmetto bushes, briars and let's not forget the snakes, all of which claw away at the materials and laces of whatever you are wearing, it is a tough environment and these boots have met the challenge and held up well. I wear long soccer type socks when I wears these so my legs do not get chafed...they do seem to run large I guess in case you want to wear thicker socks, so that is something to keep in mind. Also, I have come to appreciate using a cushioned insole for comfort if they are going to be worn for a long period. Be aware though, if you are wearing these for any length of time they will get HOT... extra socks are not a bad idea and as much as they keep the water out....they will also keep the sweat in so plan ahead. Realize too they a bit heavy, of course they are heavy, these are tall boots made with premium materials....but that is something to think about if you are planning on running around in the woods all day. I had started off with a less expensive pair at first which quickly failed, then I get these instead and let me tell you they have far exceeded my expectations.

Cost a bit more, a better boot, totally worth it!

These boots , are showing some wear After 3 years of abuse, in southern new mexico desert and mountains,, that would have destroyed most boots,  very satisfied with my Pro lite Hunting boots,, and thier safety from snake bites,,, highly recommend these boots to anyone , working or adventuring in venomous country

Excellent in venomous snake environment

Absolutely the best turkey hunting boots out there. I considered buying these same boots that zip on the sides but was afraid of the zipper binding around my ankle. Glad I went with the lace up! My smart watch tracks my steps and it's nothing for me to put 50-60 miles on my boots during a turkey season. I hunt multiple states and these boots have held up great! I also spray with water proofing and can step through creeks and stuff and stay dry. I wouldn't wade in them but they'll keep your feet dry if you're smart about water crossings. Highly recommend and when these wear out, I'll buy another pair!

Great Turkey Hunting Boots

Have yet to use them waiting for season to open. They look very nice and are very light weight. use rocky for deer hunting too so have no doubt they will suit my needs. Thanks rocky for making such good boots for the outdoors.

Getting  ready to go live in the turkey woods!

I bought these boots a couple of years ago. They have really held up and give me the security to walk through areas that may have snakes. I've also walked through streams I'll know and although they are not waterproof, they have kept most of the water off of my socks. The only thing I don't like is that there is no arch support whatsoever. I may put some inserts in there. After a few miles my feet are sore.

Good snake boot

Blowing up someone's email for a review after they've made TWO dissatisfied returns is a bold move. I was going to let it go, but since I continue to receive review requests, here we go! Firstly, there is no consistency to this product. They are clearly made overseas where the fitment guide/standard is out of whack. Size 9.5 were too small and 10 were too big (same sock and same foot). The glue/stitch work is sloppy and overall craftsmanship is subpar. Do yourself a favor and buy the more expensive ones you are looking at. Not these. Buy once cry once!
