I ordered mine 3 days ago and got it today! I thought after reading the other reviews that i wouldnt like it  but i decided why not and just went for it. I will say that the head board does look bigger in the picture than when it arrives. But my only issue is that if im paying $500 for this than the make the head board bigger. But other than that i love it!

Okay so where should i start ? I love the bed. I was so scared cause when i purchased the bed there were no reviews i took a chance .My only issue which is totally my own fault i didnt look at the specs i thought the head board was alil longer or i just thought it would be adjustable. But the quality is awesome putting it together was so quick and as the prev review dont tighten them too tight . I love the fact that the dresser draws hook shut and to open you unhook it cause my son would play around with it but great buy.

The bed is nice especially with the storage.  It's much better than some of those that were built from card board.

When install, it's good to have the socket type hex drive.  Otherwise it will take forever using the included allen tool.

The screws are not very strong so do not over tight them.

DHP Rose Upholstered Bed with Storage, Grey Velvet

Workmanship on upholstery is top-notch. And, the four drawers on the queen are extremely spacious in total area. Only problem was that the two center bars (Part "I" x 2) were defective and our request for replacement was never honored. We had to rig it by drilling 12 screws (one for each slat) into the center bars in order to keep the slats from shifting with use. Otherwise, a great buy so far.

DHP Customer Service Sucks

Really love this bed would have gave it 5 stars if the head bored was a little more bigger so you can see the quality and Beauty of the bed it took about 2 hours to set up the drawers are huge allot of space I thought it only came with 2 it comes with 4 drawers with so much space love it

Love my bed

So after the damaged corner, and the incorrect instructions, it finally came together satisfactorily. I'm pleased with the quality and the look. Could've done without the initial stressors.

Overall good

I have only had this bed a couple of months and already the main post in the center of the bed has bent.

This bed looks beautiful but is really poor quality. I purchased this bed for my teenage son... He had the bed for no more than a week and the wooden slack broke about 5 of them ... I'm really upset and want a refund... He is no where near the 400lb weight capacity... The bed took hours to put together and now it broke... I'm so sorry I purchased it...

The curved slats of wood bagan to break with in the 1st week! I've had it 2 months now and have had to replace all slats with sheets of plywood.  The drawers are ok. No headboard as seen in pictures.  Assembly is ok.  Would not purchase again.
