I spent my time and wrote a good review of this product, but in the end the system said my review contains "sensitive language".   I don't understand it.   So, two words: a trusted product.

My gynecologist recommended this product - I use this product daily and I'm seeing improvements. Additionally, I heard in my biology class that studies show it can also help with certain mental illnesses (why the d-word - meaning sad - is restricted here is beyond me, way to give into the stigma and defeat your own purpose), and digestion, although I haven't yet reviewed the studies. The product arrived super quick; I will be purchasing again.

Definitely love this product and can see a difference! It's improved the outbreaks on my face(people have commented that I'm glowing!), I don't feel so bloated and weighed down, and it has even increased my libido!

Definitely something I needed and don't regret buying!

I did an extensive research on similar products before  I chose this one because of the specific probiotic bacterial strains in its formula; and that the product is clinically documented.  

I noted that the product comes in two kinds of capsules - one is tin Gelatin capsule, and refrigeration is needed. There is another new shelf sable capsule that says "suitable for vegetarian/vegans ".   I read from other sites about probiotics in general and remembered they said try to opt for the "refrigerated need" ones.   So I was already in favor of the first option - in gelatin capsule for I'm not a vegetarian anyway.   I also read from a gyny doctor's site who suggests this particular product as an insert also, when needed.  I tried and this worked.   This is another plus when I need to do this.

I am hitting the I believe button.  I researched the most effective probiotics for vaginal health.  This product contained 2 of 3 that I found.

The item should have been shipped cold. The seller did not ship the item cold, therefore, it was degraded by the time it arrived. Thankfully Walmart issued a refund without much of a hassle.
