[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that I feel in love with, were the lids. They are close so secured and you have no more spills. They are easy to open and the food seems to stay fresh. Used of the containers with hot sauce, even after washing it, amazing it did not leave any stinky odors. Used one in the microwave to heat some leftovers and was shock to see no stains or marks. I love the way the container are stored away so neat and easy to find since the lids snap to the base. Just in love with them. Thank You Rubbermaid for making it easier for everyone. No more searching for hours looking for the lids.

I bought a full set of Rubbermaid storage containers years ago, and I absolutely loved them.  When I tried to replace some of them a few years later, the newer product was the Easy FInd Lid containers which was is total garbage.  These containers are completely destroyed if you put spaghetti sauce (tomato-based products) in them for even an hour.  After that, Rubbermaid came up with the Premier food storage line of products which have high quality, but obscenely high prices.   Finally, Rubbermaid  has a quality, affordable product again.  I have been waiting for this for years.

For anyone that is tired of buying cheap quality easily stained storage containers, this product is for you. It is not the flexible material. it is clear, hard plastic  and is good quality. I had been looking for the black top premier containers in stores but they are virtually impossible to find. I ordered on line and that is probably your best bet. I even looked on Ebay and Amazon and the prices were almost double and your purchasing through an unknown source. Thanks Walmart!

Rubbermaid Premier Food Storage Container, 9 Cup

I bought a 30 piece Premier set, as well as, two extra 3 cup containers.  I love them, because they're CLEAR so you can see what's in them in the fridge.  These containers are also good, and strong.  The lids are definitely tight enough for me,  and they really don't stain when putting in spaghetti sauce.  They take care of all my needs, and I will continue purchasing more in the future.  Janine

The exceptional quality of material of Rubbermaid products is what has always brought me back to them after temporarily purchasing inferior products that just get thrown out.  In this particular case, the effective storage design of lids and bowls that interlock for storage is exceptional.  I never have to worry about finding a lid for a bowl...it is simply attached and stacked to the bottom of the matching bowl sets.  Awesome!

Love the container. However the description said 2 count storage containers and I only received 1 container.

Container missing

This lid is far below the others for this same product. Premier is the container, but the lid is soft, doesn't do well in dishwasher, and over all not of the same quality as the container. When purchasing the "Premier" Rubbermaid product line, look for the red or blue lids > they are far superior to the black ones. That is the reason for the average rating "overall", as well as the recommendation.

What I received and what was pictured are totally different lids. I purchased a set to match what I currently had only to be extremely disappointed after receiving them. The quality of the lid is extremely poor and they do not snap to the containers for storage like previous containers.
