Great brand you can't go wrong bit they run big. Bought for my husband he's 5'9 usually wears xl his waist is 35in waist bought xl n they were way too long n way to big. That's a good thing the material n sewing is fantastic.  They would fit me I'm 5'11 150lb but these are for his birthday.  Would recommend these for gifts, all ages and the best for sleeping in these cold nights

These are part of a Christmas present so just hoping he will like them.. I am Mom and I tried them on and fit really good ! Like the leg width, not too big but not skinny like a lot of the pants these days Think the length will be right they were a little too long for me and I'm 5'6” . Great weight for cooler to cold weather.

These fit perfectly and the pockets are a great idea for the fast run to the store. No elastic on the cuffs which is a nice touch and not so gym related.

product seems pretty good quality material it was a little loose for the size the biggest problem was the tie string too small couldn't tie it off to tighten it up

Russell Athletic sweats

trying to sind some replacement pants for Russell  pants that are about 12 yrs.  product has changed too much but still consider Russell a  very good product

I bought these for a gift. My son loves them. He said very comfortable to wear. Same day wearing them, drawstring loop broke. He figured out a way to rethread them through so that he could tie it instead to tighten the drawstring due to the loop breaking. The loop Elastic is a little weak, but that's the only issue he had. elastic waistband works great and the pants he still loves. He is tall 6'4”and he liked the fabric as well. The pants didn't shrink when he washed them after he fixed the cinch tie loop inside the pants elastic they're straight legged not tight at the ankles which he prefers.

If you are tall, these pants will work well

Alright comfortable pants for lounging around in or out walking, something like that but definitely get a smaller size than you normally wear. I just don't like it when pants have no back pockets.

Some years ago I purchased 2 pairs of your open bottom Dri Power casual pants with 2 side and 1 zippered back pocket. The quality of the pants were superior in Style and the material was a more dressier than most casual pants on the market. They were good to wear for golf , church , and socializing. Good to wear for 3 seasons of the year. What happened to them. They were a great pair of pants

When I touched the pants, they felt worse than Fruit of the Loom quality.  Very disappointed in the quality.  I used to purchase Russell athletic sweatpants all the time over any other brand.  These are like skinny jeans and I don't want tight fitting exercise clothing and can't because of my medical condition.  Please change back.  I  truly want to buy the old QUALITY that Russell athletic sweatpants used to be.

Waistband on all three pair of sweatpants are very week and don't hold up on my hips and the looped drawstring does not hold sweatpants up in place either. VERY VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with these sweatpants. If I had a choice, I'd return them an get the “CLASSIC” style sweatpants. The product description between the two didn't say anything about these differences. I have two very old pair of “CLASSIC” style sweatpants that have a normal thick drawstring and both the drawstring and elastic were much better made and worked. These NEW ones do not work at ALL!

Sweatpants are not up to RUSSELL standards!
