Noodles have a dense, springy consistency.

Can be affordable, but also steep for certain users.

Unless you like to eat food that makes you sweat, your nose run and throat burn, do NOT use the whole red packet lol. I did that the first time and I couldn't finish it. It's that spicy. Granted, I don't keep a whole lot of water in mine, so it was a little more concentrated on the ramen, but sheesh, it took forever for that stinging in my throat to stop. 

I now use half of the red packet. I can't do anymore of that and still enjoy my food lol. And if you've never tried them before, their noodles are so much better than say the Top Ramen brand etc.

Yes they are spicy, but once you build up your spicy tolerance, it dims, and they are more manageable (for me it was after 2 full packs). I crave them at least once a week or two. Good overall flavor aside from the spiciness as well.

Addicted

This brand has been trending on TikTok for some time. I was surprised to find it at Walmart for an affordable price, unlike many other trending items. Able to control spice level by adding less or more sauce. Very yummy option for lunch or snack.

I love firey spicy noodles, and this is one of my favorites. Nice heat, great noodle texture, and the seaweed flakes and sesame seeds add something special. I recommend adding tuna to this, or shrimp. 5-5. Really want to try more varieties of Buldak.

This is authentic South Korean spicy noodles. NOT INSTANT, cook this 5-6 minutes just under boiling for best results. This is the standard flavor and the baseline for the others. If you are new to spicy foods, don't use the entire seasoning packet at first.

If you cannot deal with Tacobell's diablo sauce, DO NOT TRY IT FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH.

I am Korean and spicy runs in my vein, at least I think. I am just really glad that I don't need to go to a Korean market and deal with Koreans to get this, especially paying way more than Walmart's price. I thank Walmart and Samyang (the ramen company) although Samyang does not have a manufacturing plant in the US unlike Nongshim or CJ food (bibigo), so the price will likely go up because of tariff.. but anyway, I am just really happy that I can get this from Walmart and have it with fried eggs and frozen Kimbab.

Lastly, anyone who likes this but thinks one bag is not enough - use 30 cents ramen (from Nishin or whatever the Japanese companies are) and throw out the powder bag, boil Buldak noodle first and when it feels like it's half cooked, add the 30 cents one's noodle and boil them togethee. Drain it completely (whatever the instruction says, just drain the entire water) and mix it with the hot sauce. In this case, it will slightly lower the spicy level and you can have additional Buldak as well.
Add fried eggs on top if you prefer.

Buldak ramen is not your cup of noodle ramen. Their ramen is an entirely different level of quality, taste and spicy! Sodium is high though at over 1600mg, however it is mostly due the spice sauce so you can just add a little sauce, still plenty spicy, instead of whole packet and do not over cook the noodles. Best mass market ramen you can buy tied with Shin brand ramen.

They aren't kidding when they claim spicy! I love these noodles but for those trying for the first time I recommend adding the sauce packet a little at a time and tasting as you go instead of dumping in the entire packet as it brings the heat! I gave 5 stars because it's delicious and popular for a reason. I also want to warn those who are able to eat most things in the USA labeled spicy that this spicy is not USA spicy but much more lol

Beware: Spicy

Ok. So these are SPICY. It builds and I cry halfway through while eating them. The taste is awesome and just not the same without the entire packet. It comes with a seasoning pouch as well as a sauce one. It's pretty pricey for 5 packs but honestly it's pretty big portions they could honestly turn it into 10 packs so overall would recommend. I boil the noodles- drain the water then combine all the packets. 9/10 Forsure would recommend if you love noodles and spicy stuff

This ramen is absolutely, ridiculously delicious. It has the perfect, addictive chew, and the flavor packet is basically liquid gold. It truly deserves five stars for making instant noodles taste this good. So why the 4-star rating? Because this stuff is $%23*!ing expensive for what is essentially a dollar-store staple. Every time I open a pack, I have to justify the cost to my budgeting app. Furthermore, the 'Hot Chicken Flavor' is not a flavor, it's a declaration of war on your digestive system. I cried, I sweated, and I questioned every single decision I've ever made that led to me eating this. Worth it, but only in small, financially irresponsible doses. My mouth is on fire, but my bank account is also singed.
