This cabinet was much nicer than I first anticipated. I opened it upon arrival to make sure there was no damage because I had purchased the Handy service to put it together.  After removing everything and looking through the instructions I decided to just go ahead and assemble it myself. It did take me maybe 2 hours but that was only due to placing the backing on...I think there was 27 little screws...so I know thats not going to come off..lol It is just the right size for what we needed.

Good assembly directions and all parts received...looks great in my room!!!

I was grateful for prior reviews that cautioned care while deciphering the pictorial instructions and the convenience of a 2-Man operation.  The final product is handsome and sturdy.

7-shelf cabinet

This is a very nice media cabinet, for the price. Walmart out did themselves with this one. It's so nice and easy to put together that I wanted to buy another one, but they are now out of stock! But that's the luck of the draw for me. It seems like any product I like, the company stop selling it! SMH!

Very Nice Media Cabinet!

I love this cabinet.  I'm a 66 year old woman and other than trying to figure out which way the stationary shelves went in to face the correct way I found this very easy to put together. I found no issues with holes lining up for the screws.  I would say buy it. You will love the look of it.

So much for so little.

I had a space 29" wide so this cabinet should have fit fine. The grand finale after HOURS of 2 of us assembling it (instructions were incorrect as well) turned out as one massive frustrating moment when we realized this cabinet is NOT 26+ inches wide, rather it is a whopping 31+ inches wide! Too wide for the space we had. REALLY angered us bc for the price, and for the need we had, it didn't work!
That said, we moved it to the den and are using it for a friggin different purpose after discussions of whether or not to return it. Now we get to buy ANOTHER media cabinet for the original space we needed one in (we will be using it as a tall medicine/bath cabinet).
It's cute. Sits solid. Delivery was fine. All the pieces were there. Solid enough piece. We do like it. But we're angry that the incorrect measurements literally COST us twice as much. We will be sure this other media cabinet from Sears is the advertised width BEFORE assembling it!

MEASUREMENTS ARE INCORRECT!

I ordered these for my extensive movie collection. They fit perfectly in the space I had made to put them in and look great in it! The instructions were...less than impressive. But with a sharp mind and (preferably) two people this job can get done pretty quickly. The first one assembled, honestly, took from 8:45 pm to 10:37 pm but mostly because most of that time was spent looking at the pictures in the instructions and deciphering the steps (which were not that clear.) The second one took only 45 minutes to assemble (once we practiced on the first.) The doors you really have to adjust the height of the wheels on the doors so that they slide easy and close any gaps between the doors and the sides but once you figure out how much they need to adjust they look great and work great.

I fit 238 DVDs easily on them and still have a little room for my ever-growing collection. and I have box sets that take up a lot of room. I do suggest though if you are not going to anchor these to the wall make sure you put some wedges under the front to keep it from tipping over. Those doors are HEAVY!

Holds more than expected! Looks classy.

We really like this cabinet. It is relatively inexpensive but looks very nice in our living room. It is a bit more mahogany than espresso (brown) but it matches the furniture in the living room. It is small but appears to hold a lot of CDs, which is good. I think that the instructions were a bit confusing, as written, like start with step 4??? As well, even though small, it takes two people to put it together but I am not complaining just fyi.

Very nice cabinet

This is a great, really nice looking shelf. The only downsides are: I wish all of the shelves were adjustable, but most are fixed, and it's really 31 inches across so he sure to measure. I ordered two - the first one took about two hours to put together, the second one took 45 minutes.

Great cabinet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's now square- there are gaps on with side of the doors, even after I tried to loosen and tighten in a different sequence. It's just not a quality piece- I wasn't expecting much, but definitely a bit better than that I got.
