PSA: if you are looking for a smaller drop, this is not the product for you.  My review is based on what I received and attempted to put on my bed.  Product is nice material wise but was not constructed very well to fit a small drop like mine, 10 inches. What is shown in the picture is not what I received.  Two elastic 'areas' on what I received and it did not fit well at all.  I have a low bed and require a 10 inch drop which could be the issue.  I am sure with a bigger drop (12, 15 etc) it would look and fit better.  This is not the first time I have purchased a bed skirt with 10 inch drop, I was hoping this would work.
