I've been sitting on a polypropylene swivel chair and it's been taking a toll on my lower back, so I got this desk chair and I can sit on this for hours. I love all the features - the adjustable neck rest, the mesh material, the adjustable arm rest, the lumbar support, waterfall edge seat. The mesh material is breathable and comfortably supports my weight. Leaning back on the chair feels comfy - the ability to shift postures is such a great feeling! Great quality chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shipment was faster than expected Assembling was straight forward and without electric tools it requires less than 30min. The chair is comfortable and the head rest makes the difference. The only disappointment came from the inability of the back to tilt forward. In this way you loose the back support when you lean forward to your desk.

Quality review

Office chair was an investment for remote work I do from home. It is good and sturdy but haven't figured out all the bells and whistles of the chair as of yet and my grandson has some things with it that I didn't know it could do lol

Overall, it's a good chair for the price, especially for taller people. The armrests are soft and adjustable (slide and angle), which is useful. However, they don't lock firmly in place, so they can shift position easily under pressure.

Good chair, minor armrest issue

The directions are so small that they're difficult to read even with a magnifier, but there are YouTube videos to help you along. It's comfortable, had a wide seat, rolls really smooth, has plenty of adjustments, and it looks relatively nice in my office. If you're tight on office space, it may be too big but, if you have a healthy caboose, it's worth the loss of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a shame… This chair looks %26 feels amazing.  Unfortunately it squeaks relentlessly.  I'm a remote worker, and my clients actually heard it through the phone.  My son was sleeping in the same room as I was working and it woke him up regularly.

I tried tightening, I tried lubrication, nothing worked. 

It's a very expensive clothes rack now.
