The desk is beautiful. We had a professional assemble it for us, but unfortunately the drawers stick when trying to open them.

Drawer trouble

The desk arrived very quickly. The walnut brown is a beautiful stain color. It's exactly what I wanted. You can tell it's not made out of glued sawdust which is so nice. I feel like it will last a while. My only complaint is that the drawers stick really badly. I have to pull really hard to open them & I feel like the handles will break off. So I just don't close them all the way, which isn't ideal, but it's better than struggling or breaking it. I've reached out to customer service & they are looking into it.

Overall Good Desk

There is such a misalignment with this piece. I started off screwing the pieces loosely to give it wiggle room when doing the final tightening but there are gaps and misalignment everywhere. From the legs to the drawers, also it scratches really easily. Color is a nice warmer medium brown, looks good from afar, but up close it's a big ol mess.

Looks black in all the photos but it???s not at all. It???s like dark cherry wood. If it was black I would give it 5 stars.
