<ul><li>The surface mount counter (SMD) uses photoelectric sensing principles, leveraging the correspondence between the component guide holes on the  tape and the component itself. Through dedicated processing chips and large-scale centralized circuitry, it achieves zero-error, precise measurement of SMD component counts, enabling convenient and rapid counting. It is a highly efficient auxiliary device for SMT material management.</li><li>SMD tape-type components are suitable for both large and small reels, including (0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, 2010, 2512, etc. packages of capacitors, resistors, diodes, IC chips, inductors, USB interfaces, LEDs, etc.). Tape spacing (PITCH): 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 12, 16, 24, 32, 44. 56mm</li><li>Fully automatic part counting for convenient material counting and feeding operations. A  anti-tape design minimizes damage to the tape. Counting is possible in both directions, with preset quantities for precise, zero-error calculation. A barcode scanner and printer can be added for easier management.</li><li>The leak detection machine features a high-speed through-beam fiber optic assembly to detect missing parts on the tape and automatically stop when the last piece is removed. Without leak detection, these two functions are not available. The principle is that the tape interrupts the through-beam fiber optic connection for normal counting; if there is empty material or no material at the tail, the fiber optic will strike the target, and the machine will automatically stop.</li></ul>
