Coat rack

Good for $25

A good coat hanger , holds heavy coats and is sturdy.

Happy with purchase

Came in a bag slightly ripped in shipping. Easy to assemble, but no instructions. Easily holds four coats.

HueMaison 5.7ft Coat Rack

Not very stable, you have to balance the weight but otherwise do 100% the work

Not stable

Not very solid

Hello,
The coat stand I received is not exactly as shown in the product pictures. The upper and middle screw holes are positioned opposite to what is shown in the assembly manual, which makes the assembled coat stand much shorter than intended. As a result, long coats touch the floor instead of hanging properly.
In addition, several of the plastic caps do not fit the metal parts correctly because their diameters are too small. Some of the caps broke while I was trying to assemble the stand, and I had to use Scotch tape to keep the parts secured. This temporary fix is visible in the attached photo.
I was really looking forward to using this coat stand, so I am very disappointed with the quality and the manufacturing defects. I have attached photos to clearly show the issues.
I would appreciate it if you could provide a suitable resolution, whether that be a replacement, replacement parts, or another appropriate solution.
Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

Coat Stand Received with Manufacturing Defects

Price is low but so is the quality. Very light and inside of tubes full of rust straight out of the box. Will return the product
