Softness

It's thinner than expected but great for the price! Beautiful color and soft underfoot.
It does have a smell so leave it outside a few hours. Will be used at the entry of my home,

Lovely color

walmart.com

This is really nice runner. Bought to go into bedroom were we mostly walk as we have light carpet and I can throw in washer. Good price. Dog loved it. Thought we bought for him

Product is used at entry door and looks good %26 has worn great.

Beautiful rug! Thick and soft and luxurious!

Love that it is plush %26 the color is a true burgundy not red!

True burgundy

Just what I needed for entry way. Vacuums well and doesn't show any wear after 8 months.

I had purchased the SAFAVIEH August Carlene Solid Plush Shag Area Rug, only because the SAFAVIEH California Plush Shag Area Rug in the size I wanted was Out of Stock. I am disappointed in this rug, compared to the California style. This rug is thin, and the carpet itself is not as plush and soft as the California style. They call it “Plush” but really is not… disappointed.

This rug isn't as plush as the name sounds

The rug is fine, you get what you pay for. I knew I was buying a cheap rug. The main issue was the awful chemical smell that came with it. Left the rug to sit outside for 24 hours hoping the smell would go, but it didn't. Washed it against the instructions, it held up fine, but smell is still there. You seriously feel you are being chemically poisoned.

Bad Chemical Smell

This rug was supposed to be navy and it is most definitely a cobalt blue not navy at all so very disappointed. It does not match any of the blues in my home and the shag fabric that it's made of is stringy and I literally just got it and put it down and it's shedding. I ran over it with my vacuum and it just filled my vacuum up immediately so poorly made looks horrible. Not what I wanted at all. As you can see in the picture it doesn't even come close to matching the navy on my couch or the navy in my rugs

Disappointed
