When it first arrived, super fast, I opened and thought omg this is ugly, mainly thinking of carpet fibers. It was laid down flat. It has to be fluffed up which I rubbed with my feet. I highly recommend getting a pad for underneath if on hardwood like me and I bought the thick pad to give me some more cushion because the rug itself has none.

This rug is so beautiful and it's exactly what I wanted!!! I have been looking for a big area rug I could afford and this was it!! It looks and feels like a much more expensive rug!

Gorgeous rug

I have purchased this brand before and knew that the quality of rug was good. The rug was exactly as pictured and bigger than I thought it would be. Purchased for a teen bedroom and the works great. We opened it and vacuumed to make the pile fluffy. It is perfect.

Awesome rug

I shopped around for a rug for over a month (online!) before settling on this one. It ended up shipping within a few days, even though it said it would take 1-2 weeks, and it has held up well over the last 6 weeks of having it in my living room with my two large dogs. It's very soft and looks lux. I haven't had any spills that I've had to clean up yet (fingers crossed that stays true), but it is easy to vacuum and I haven't had any issues with pieces falling out. The rug was rolled up at the edges for a week or two, but eventually settled down without anything even pressing on the ends (I wasn't so sure about that part, but it really did just fall into place after a while). Definitely recommend this rug.

We do like the rug, I wish it wAs a bit thicker. Even with a area rug pad it's still pretty thin. It does not shed which is great and did not smell when I opened the packaging.

Just a lovely rug from afar, but don't stand on it as the sandpaper texture will burn your feet! Definitely going back as this was NOT a good purchase : (
