This is a beautiful carpet. Very plush and soft. We are very happy with this purchase. The only downside was the bag was ripped on one corner and the carpet had a small stain.

Milan Shag Carpet

I purchased this rug in red for my master bedroom, and was very impressed with the quality. It is the softest, plushest rug I've ever had the pleasure to walk upon. The color is rich and ever so slightly variegated. We were furnishing a new home from scratch, so I just bought the same rug in navy for our TV room and I'm so glad I did. You cannot believe how nice it feels under foot, and the color is vibrant. The rug does have a smell that will outgas initially, but it isn't terribly strong, and fades away quickly. The only con to this rug is vacuuming it, you cannot use the beater bar, it will ruin it the fibers. The strands are far too long, but that makes it great for comfort. This is not a rug for heavy traffic areas, but fantastically cozy to sit and step on. Highly recommended, good quality for the price.

I bought this for my son's room.  I now want one for my own room.  It's so nice you can lay on it.  So plush.  The price was great.

Best rug ever

I absolutely love this shag rug and this brand! This is my second one in addition to the one I purchased last year. They hold up so well and do not flatten overtime. That was my fear. They are also VERY soft and comfortable. I will be ordering a third one for my daughter's bedroom.

Soft and lasting!

Just received this rug today and I love it! It's a gamble to order a rug online without knowing how it looks and feels and I'm so happy with the color and texture. It's a soft rug with nice long thick strands. It's exactly what I wanted for my living room.  It was packaged really well too. Arrived wrapped in plastic and the ends were protected with a nice covering. It laid flat as soon as I unwrapped it, no kinks or creases.  Just beautiful!

Beautiful rug

Beautiful and very nice to lay on. Even my picky cat likes it. It is not real long shag, but just right. It is also very soft. When it is crushed down by something, it comes right back up when rubbed with your hand.

Absolutely the Best!! This rug runner is sooo plush and soft to step on... I want to cover All my floors with it!  This is my 3rd runner and have been very happy with the Safavieh quality!

The Best!!

This grey color is NOT I MEAN NOT ANYWHERE NEAR THE COLOR GRAY.  Its clearly BROWN. but what a hassle to return something like this. The quality seems good and its very soft to the feet s hence the 3 stars. But a HUGE MINUS 2 STARS for the misrepresentation!!

Beware that the grey actually is brown-toned. I prefer the grey from this company's August Carlene line. This one should really be called beige. It's unfortunate because I really like how plush it is but it's not the right color for the room I plan to use it in. See photo for comparison between the two greys.
