This little rug makes the room !! It is placed under the coffee table, but not centered in both directions. So cute and shaggy ! Goes great with bocce fabric on loveseats ! No shedding- nice and thick !

I purchased this rug in red for my master bedroom, and was very impressed with the quality. It is the softest, plushest rug I've ever had the pleasure to walk upon. The color is rich and ever so slightly variegated. We were furnishing a new home from scratch, so I just bought the same rug in navy for our TV room and I'm so glad I did. You cannot believe how nice it feels under foot, and the color is vibrant. The rug does have a smell that will outgas initially, but it isn't terribly strong, and fades away quickly. The only con to this rug is vacuuming it, you cannot use the beater bar, it will ruin it the fibers. The strands are far too long, but that makes it great for comfort. This is not a rug for heavy traffic areas, but fantastically cozy to sit and step on. Highly recommended, good quality for the price.

Vibrant plush rug

This rug is so thick. Feels like the shag rugs from the 70's but the quality is better than that. Worth the price!!!

Absolutely the Best!! This rug runner is sooo plush and soft to step on... I want to cover All my floors with it!  This is my 3rd runner and have been very happy with the Safavieh quality!

The Best!!

Beautiful runner!! Its hard to find a true purple and the color was perfect.  Its a good value..only con (for me) is that it is a very THICK shag and if youre not careful you could trip. I have balance issues, but i STILL  love it!

Purple Shag Runner

Beautiful and very nice to lay on. Even my picky cat likes it. It is not real long shag, but just right. It is also very soft. When it is crushed down by something, it comes right back up when rubbed with your hand.

Cost effective

Very plush... looks as pictured.  Feels great under feet.

Beware that the grey actually is brown-toned. I prefer the grey from this company's August Carlene line. This one should really be called beige. It's unfortunate because I really like how plush it is but it's not the right color for the room I plan to use it in. See photo for comparison between the two greys.

Clearly the description says 11ft by 11ft I received a 2ft by 14 ft rug. Not even close….
