Color

I have several of these type of rugs in several rooms in my house and I love them. I have red, gray and now blue. They add style to any decor and sturdy if you take care of them. I always expect to lose some of the leather shag over time, but overall, they last and are very durable. They are heavy, but easy to slightly shake out or use vacuum attachment and go over lightly to reduce losing too much of the leather. Leather is also easy to weave back into base of rug if need be.

Love the pop of color it brought to our living room! We knew a shag rug was what we wanted but had no idea what the Safavieh Leather Shag would bring to the game. Knocked it out of the park!!!!

Gorgeous rug! Love love love the texture of the leather strips. Love everything about this rug. I wanted something DIFFERENT and this certainly is! I bought the 6'x6' square and it measures accurately. I selected the "white" rug and the leather is white and the reverse side of the strips are a very light silver grey. It sorta looks like a pile of shredded paper from a distance. I love the random texture and shapes of the pieces! The "smell" of the rug is LEATHER. A VERY FAINT wonderful new-car interior leather smell. The rolled up rug is clean and was shipping packaged with two heavy duty plastic coverings. Just stunning!

TEXTURE LEATHER and OH SO STYLISH

Omgosh this rug is fabulous!!!...it's well made and very very heavy!!!...some of the strips are really too long but I cut them off and glued them to a old lamp I had...turned out great so I got two items in one...this rug is worth the purchase you won't  be  disappointed!!!

WELL I FOUND THAT SENSITIVITY TO SMELL & PRODUCT PERCEPTION IS SUBJECTIVE TO THE PROSPECTIVE BUYER....OVERALL MY WALMART PURCHASE EXPERIENCE ---> EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS...SHIPPING WAS COST EFFECTIVE & FAST NEXT DAY VIA FED EX & PRIOR TO THE HOLIDAY (CHRISTMAS RUSH)....THE RUG (RUNNER) WAS MARKED DOWN TO LESS THAN $30.00 FOR THE SIZE I SELECTED... GENUINE LEATHER RUG EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

I Got the round 4X4 ft  rug but It was about 3 inches smaller so I plan to try to return it to Walmart. 3 inches might not sound like a lot but it makes a difference where I wanted to use it. It also just looked a little dirtier than what I had in mind. It does have a lot of wedding leather pieces that were not actually sewn in also.

Smaller than advertised

After I purchased this rug I received an email from wayfair that this rug was not returnable witch I thought was odd but I told myself "well ok". When I finally received the rug I did like it & I thought it was unusual & different but then I noticed every day the rug is falling apart from the day it arrived I am constantly picking up pieces of the rug off the floor. I feel like they the rug would easily fall apart which is why they say you cannot return it & I find this very disappointing & I am already looking for a new rug for my living room that I will not have to constantly clear debris from. I have over 3 handfuls of the rug that have already fallen off in a week I received the rug. I would not recommend this rug.

Not worth it!!!!

Poor quality. Not the color shown. Came in much brighter than advertised. Immediately started falling apart. Smelled and liked like it came out of an old attic. 

We immediately returned it.

Does not look like the picture at all
