True to size, durable, comfortable, and compliment magnets! I've worn these all winter for 2 years now. They're great in all weather (I wear in summer too) and go with everything from a dress to jeans. Good in the snow, good in the office. My sister complimented them so much that I finally got her a pair and she loves them just as much. I would buy these again but mine are holding up amazingly!

Perfect all-purpose boot

Not that long ago, I realized I had worn out all my functional boots and only had cute boots - and heels don't play nice in snow + sludge. These have been a perfect functional yet cute boot. The soles are a bit of a platform, but nothing excessive

Great for Snowy Weather

Perfect Fall/Winter shoes. Wore them on my trip to Japan and they were great for in the cities, as well as on trails in the woods. Stylish, practical and comfortable.

Great Boots

Super cute and comfortable! My feet a pretty narrow and these fit perfectly, size was spot on. I think those with wider feet would find these constricting though, so the other reviews make sense. They are also very warm and look great with leggings and jeans. I could fit a boot sock too!

Super comfortable!

This is my second pair of Chelsea Boots.  I wear them almost exclusively all winter because they go with everything, have great tread and they are weather proof.  I had to order a new pair because my original pair developed a crack on the sole and my foot got soaked after a wet snow storm. To be fair, I had that pair for at least four years.

Second pair

Really cute boots, great traction. My only issues are the small loops - really not usable for getting them on - and they are a bit narrow. I don't need to buy "wide" shoes and typically don't have an issue with width, so they clearly do run narrow. I'm hoping they break in a bit.

Cute!

Gorgeous boots, but the fit is completely off. The middle is incredibly narrow (causing numb toes), yet the heel is too loose. Even with my small, narrow feet, these are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever owned. Since I wore them to try and break them in, I can't return them. Disappointing especially for the price.

Looks great, feels awful

Love the boot...I think. I am getting used to the 'clunkiness' of it. I adore the color, and fit seems ok. I wear an 8 and I purchased 8. It is borderline narrow, so if you are between sizes definitely size up. I'm giving 3 stars because it is difficult to put on and take off...not very much give of elastic and pull tabs are apparently just there for show (because a small child could not slide finger through). Also losing a star  because it took 3 weeks after ordering to get to me...and a week and a half for customer service to respond to my inquiry (at which time they were kind enough to tell me that it arrived the day prior...duh!).

Stylish Boot, Great Color

Are these actually real leather? They feel so cheap! I've had leather boots that feel sturdy and the more I wear them, the better they look. These feel so cheap! And I've seen the other reviews of the color scuffing and rubbing off, I didn't wait for that to happen, I just returned them. I used the money to buy leather cowgirl boots. Great arch support and good long lasting leather.

Can't be real leather?

These boots hurt my feet so bad. I love the look, color, style, but I cannot wear them. 
I do not have wide feet, but they basically cut off circulation to my feet. Blisters. Tingling. Pain. So much pain. I hope others have a better time than I did. Very bummed.
