All-day Comfort

Sizing

I agonized for a long time over this purchase but it was so worth it. Comfy out of the box, soft, supple leather, classic silhouette. I needed a black flat professional shoe I could commute in (I walk a fair amount each time I go into work), and after scouring the internet, I determined these would be the best value, even though by my standards, they are an investment. Worth it. I am between an 8.5 and 9 (I have long, narrow feet, so sometimes a 9 will be too loose while an 8.5 is too short), and I sized down to an 8.5 in these based on reviews, and they fit perfectly - I agree with other reviewers that they run a little on the long and narrow side, which works out for me. They are also meant to be a somewhat “fitted” shoe and the leather will probably stretch a little over time, but I feel confident that I could still wear them both with and without no-show socks after they are broken in. I love the quality and classic style you get with Sam Edelman without having to pay designer prices. My husband gifted me the white Ethyl sneakers (size 9) for my birthday, and I am in love with those, too.

Perfect black loafers

samedelman.com

Perfect fit - this is my second pair (different color). Wore them 10 plus hours right out of the box. Love them and will buy more!

So comfortable!

they are so versatile and comfortable! They complete so many outfits. I am usually a size 7, I ordered a size 7 and it is true to size.

Comfortable!

I waited until they were on sale to buy and I'm so glad I finally got a pair. Comfy and stylish shoes right out of the box. I now have 2 pairs that I can dress up for work or wear casually with jeans.

Stylish and comfortable

Very chic and high quality. I'm 5'1 so I didn't want bulky loafers but they were hard to find and not comfortable elsewhere. These ones fit like a glove and I've worn them for weeks straight - no pain, no blisters and most importantly - comfortable while looking office-ready! I am planning on getting other colors soon. I love them!!

Chic and comfort - it's possible

Sam Edelman

Hands down, best loafer! Comfortable. Well constructed. Looks awesome on! And versatile. Wear it to work, on weekends. With pants, jeans, dresses. Highly recommend.

Best loafer!

First stylish and comfortable loafer I've been able to find since I developed a bunion that made it very painful to walk in with many others I've tried.

Second pair love these!

I'm disappointed in the shoes I just bought and it doesn't look like I have an option to exchange them. One of the shoes doesn't seem to be constructed well. One of the shoes squeaks when I walk and I can feel that something is moving internally though I can't figure out how to fix it without tearing apart the shoe. Just something I don't expect for a pretty expensive shoe

Squeaky

At first I loved these shoes, they are cute and I love that they are real leather. But after only wearing them 3-4 times to work, I realized that the heel of the shoes completely fell off! I have no idea what happened, but I'm really disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money. I would go somewhere else for higher quality loafers. I do not recommend these.

Shoes fell apart

I have flat feet and I felt like they didn't give enough support. My foot leaned. And the lack of structure just gave older working lady that should be retired rather than cute school girl like I was going for. I'm sure it would look good on people that don't have flat feet.

Not the best flat feet
