Worth the money

Bought this a few months ago and regretted it almost immediately.  It's clunky.  The Lock door feature was on when I bought it, and I haven't been able to turn it off, no mater which instructions I use.  (My model number ends in SR, but can't find a manual for that one).

Buggy, clunky

This microwave came as part of the appliance package with our new house and from day one we have had nothing but issues. The door won't open properly. The button to open the door is so hard to push that it hurts your finger. The appliance vendor has “fixed” it several times. We have asked inform it to be replaced several times. My advise don't buy this!!

Worst microwave I've ever owned

Product arrived with a chip in the glass door, as well as a separation from the steel. 
Support won't help me because I was busy and didn't open the package for a few days, and apparently after 48 hours you're SOL.
