I purchase the 50" Samsung Crystal UHD during past Memorial Day sale and I truly love this product!!! The previous tv was at its ten-year limit and it keep going out and I decided that I had enough and purchase a great model for about $90 dollars of the original price!!! I had no issues what so ever and took the entire tv set by myself with no problems!!! I still need to know more of this product but its a Samsung and most Samsung products are very good and reliable!!! When you do have the tv set ready it will do a update and it took which I thought 2 hours initially it been reduced to about 30-45 minutes approximately!!! Thanks Wal-Mart for having the opportunity to catch your Memorial Sale by chance!!!

Purchase A Brand New TV For The First Time!!!

walmart.com

Walmart shipped the tv for free (also ordered a tv mount from Walmart) and got it mounted on wall with ease. Fit perfectly as measured and works flawlessly as expected. Great image quality, full functionality as described and setup was not bad via wifi. Highly recommend if you need this size monitor/tv for a specific space you have planned out just like I did.

Fits and functions perfectly

The tv is just fine so far. We paid more than it's probably worth but only because they were offering overnight delivery. TVs are dirt cheap. I could have got a 65" for the $380 I paid for this 50". Plus it seems smaller than the 48" it replaced. That could be optical.

As long as it last longer than the one it replaced

I love my 60 inch Samsung with a lifelike picture and great sound. No sound bar needed. Pair with a Roku for the best smart TV option, but it has many channels and apps available without a Roku. Live TV option is sweet. I mounted it to a TV holder on wheels which makes it movable. Has a full channel number remote which is uncommon today. Casting to it with my Samsung phone is easy and fun for pictures and videos. Use a Samsung Remote phone app for full control too.

Awesome 60 inch TV value and sound

Samsun TV's are overall good!
We now have 3 of them and the picture is what really impresses us.
Old movies, black and whites, present day, they all are enhanced by the electronics in a Samsung.
The picture looks a little 3D, not flat as other sets.
In our home, we found Samsung to be a great picture, easy to control and reliable, so when it came time to buy another TV, we went with what we know works!

You Can't Go Wrong with a Samsung TV

I bought this TV in 2020, it worked ok for about 3 years, then got worse and worse and died completely after 6 years use. Initially, the TIZEN UI started getting less responsive to the point that it would take 20-30 seconds from the time I pressed a remote button to the time the tv actually responded. Then, the TV developed a black bar at the bottom, which miraculously went away after leaving it unplugged overnight. Finally, the screen died after 6 years, out of warranty, and it never turned on again. Pretty short life for an electronics device that has no moving parts and sits on a wall untouched all day.

Low build quality, low durability

Samsung US

Horrible delivery service. Get a new driver who actually cares about whether your customers receive their products. I purchased two things from Walmart, a television stand and a television and each came within one day of each other, and for each I received a notification that the product was delivered successfully. When I checked my front door, I did not find the package. A neighbor came over to me and told me there was a package left in my driveway and when I go check, this is what I find. Leaving an expensive television set, or any product for that matter, outside in a public area basically on the street tells me that the drivers are lazy and ineffective and if I'm having this problem, I could imagine many other people are having the same problem. This could've easily have gotten stolen due to the incompetence of the driver. People do your job! When it says, bring it to the front door, bring the product to the front door. How would you like if you purchased a product and it was left on the street?

Horrible delivery service!

1) The layout of the remote is silly. The keys buttons you would use most often are way at the bottom so it makes no sense.
2) The interface is sluggish when you push any button. It takes almost a second for it to respond.
3) I only had it a week and had to reset the unit back to factory defaults when multiple apps stopped responding.

Not Good

Exactly what you would expect. Cheap junk that doesn't last. I've had this tv for 8 months. It's been sitting in the same spot since I took it out of the box. I have no children or pets and nothing has hit the screen but it already has a line going down the side of the screen that literally just appeared today. The tv is laggy and slow to respond to a remote with brand new batteries. The picture on my seven year old laptop is clearer and more vibrant than this piece of crap. I recommend only buying this tv if you are strapped for cash and can't afford better.

Junk

Just bought this tv a week ago and arrived smashed.. I asked for a replacement and as soon as I opened up the box everything was good till i connect it and the screen was all cracked inside.. the workers at walmart need to handle the tv's more careful, I guess they just throw the tv or jumpr in them. I still dont understand how could 2 tv's come with the screen like that one after the other. So somebody is not doing their job correctly.
