Great image quality

Today I've received the 55” Q80B, i am happy with quality and sound, we had NQLED 92D , honestly no difference however the price is at least 600 cheaper! Only thing i am not sure is when we purchased the NQLED when we opened the package tv had screen protector which we peeled out, this TV didn't have, got worry it could be refurbished! please tell me if it is normal for this model not coming with screen protector!??

great tv i bought about 5 months ago  and no isssues   120 refresh rate is great for pc hook up

65 qled 4k tv

I've only had this for a few months now. The biggest problem is that the sound sounds muffled and I can't find any way to adjust the sound. So I bought a sound bar but I'm still having problems trying to figure this one out. I really need a tech to set it up.

Poor sound.

This seller is fraudulent. This seller claims you're not allowed to return a Tv once you've opened the box even though in Walmart's website, it states clearly what item you can return and what items you can't, and a Tv isn't listed as one of the items you can't return. 

This is very misleading information and an abuse of privilege plus Walmart is too spineless to fight for its customers, instead they will have you wait for weeks without getting back to you in hopes that you drop the case
