Our 14 year old 50" 1080p Samsung plasma TV started dying a few weeks ago. 

We ending up going with this 65" 4K Samsung LED TV.
The picture quality is amazing and the built in smart features are nice and responsive.

The bezels on our new 65" TV are extremely small so it is about the same physical size as our old 50" TV.
It's nice getting so much more screen size but not taking up any more space on the wall.

I have a large choice for choosing subscriptions and can always depend on my viewing to be the best quality. I am not a person who learns new technology very easily, but I find my new tv is easy to use. Highly recommend Samsung.

Very nice TV not even turn on. Very good remote. Simple to use. Pictures sounds perfect , I have a little hallucination when I saw the 4K image quality ... I also have a Samsung soundbar, once set, no need for the remote control of the soundbar; it turns on or off with the TV and the sound also adjusts from that of the TV ... A lot of things to plug in, box, Xbox X, PS3, PS4 , PS5 ... Everything works very well, the plug-ins very simple even if its half tinkering with the Xbox X ... nothing work anymore but its coming from the Xbox X, and the problem was solved . After the picture with the PS5 it's amazing, ex Horizon - Forbidden West. Very happy conclusion of my purchase, I recommend even the smallest model because I am an 85 inches.

Great Picture Nice Features

Today I've received the 55” Q80B, i am happy with quality and sound, we had NQLED 92D , honestly no difference however the price is at least 600 cheaper! Only thing i am not sure is when we purchased the NQLED when we opened the package tv had screen protector which we peeled out, this TV didn't have, got worry it could be refurbished! please tell me if it is normal for this model not coming with screen protector!??

Wait to purchase Investigate this

I've always bought Samsung because I respect their quality, and after a lot of research I decided to buy this TV since it falls within the mid-range and at an affordable price. The audio works well with my sound system, the picture is sharp, and the colours are bright. Besides some of the smart functions being a bit too much, its a pretty decent TV. I just have one major complaint worth sharing.

The problem is, I have never experienced edge glow in any TV I have owned more than this one. It's extremely noticeable anytime I'm watching anything dark, and there are maybe 5-6 bright spots where the edge glow protrudes 4-5 inches into the display. I don't know if I just got a lemon, but this level of glow should never have passed inspection. It's unacceptable.

I had to wait nearly a month for my order to come in, so I'm reluctant to find a replacement.

Anyway, I'm not sure if many other's have experienced this, but for someone who enjoys a quality image, you won't find it here.

Edge Glow

When I placed the order for the 50" flat screen Samsung, the confirmation order email said a signature would be required. I waited at home the whole day for the delivery.  I received an email that said your package has been delivered. I looked out the front door and saw it on my sidewalk 20 feet away from the front door leaning against garage outside wall. No one came to the door for a signature. I started to set it up the following day when after plugging it in I found that the screen was broken and had multiple cracks. I returned it over a week ago and the replacement still has not been shipped back to me yet.
I am highly disappointed!!

Very disappointing!!

the box wasnt even damaged. Even the frame and the display had no visible damage. i see this so frequently with computer monitors,  i knew i was going to get a broken tv, hopefully the second one is not broken too.
