I ordered the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The product matches the description. It really looked like new — in fact, completely new. Everything was included except the manual. The cable was sealed, and the extra silicone ear tips were there.

The earbuds were completely discharged, but after fully charging them, everything connected perfectly. Both earbuds work well. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The product is used intensively, in terms of condition, there is discoloration, lots of scratches. I'll describe them as Refurbished Fair (worst one). Battery is still decent, it isn't degraded much. Despite all that you have to pay CA$100, whereas new can be found for CA$140-150. If the condition was good, then it would have been decent, but for fair condition no way!

Should be cheaper

Bought thr Galaxy buds pro 1. Absolute horrible refurbish. Doesn't look "like new" like the title states, and on top of that the right earbud constantly shuts itself off for no reason. The battery percentage reading within the wearable app changes for the right earbud every single time it's taken out of the case.
