This review will cover everything you need to know. I have rated this device 3 stars, but based on my interaction with the seller, I may update my rating later.

The delivery was delayed by one day compared to the tracking estimate. I'll divide my review into pros and cons. Please note that this is based on the specific device I received, and other units may vary in condition.

Pros:
Original Device: This is a genuine Note 20 Ultra—no scam here.

No Cellular Bloatware: The device is unlocked and free of any pre-installed cellular bloatware (e.g., Verizon or other carriers).

S-Pen Included: The stylus is included, works well, and is enjoyable to use.

Honest Listing: The seller accurately listed it as a "Note 20 Ultra" and not "Note 20 Ultra 5G." This device may not support the 5G band with your network. On Fido, it only works on LTE . I attempted some workarounds, but the 5G is not compatible (though it might work on other networks).

Good Performance: Equipped with the Snapdragon 865 , it still delivers great performance in 2024 with decent Geekbench scores.

Expandable Storage: Supports microSD cards up to 1TB.

Cons:
Quality Issues: Despite being labeled "like new," it's clear after a day of use that this is a refurbished device with over two years of prior usage.

Gluegate Issue: There's visible screen bleeding around the front camera, a known issue in older phones. While it doesn't impact performance, it's highly noticeable, especially in dark mode.

Poor Assembly:

There's a gap between the back glass and the frame, with visible glue. This indicates subpar reassembly during refurbishment.
The rear cameras are misaligned and none of them are centered as they should be.
Scratches: The screen has some visible scratches (though not excessive).

Fake Packaging: The box looks like an original Samsung box, but the quality is noticeably inferior.

Non-Original Charger: The charger included in the box is a knockoff. Although branded as Samsung, it lacks the quality of an authentic charger.

Conclusion:
For the price, the device is still decent despite being four years old. As a fan of the Note series, I was expecting a better-quality device for something labeled "like new." You can give it a try if you're okay with these flaws, but don't expect a pristine device.
