The start button came off and I wonder if I can exchanged it to better one just the start button still there and everything is great

Good device in proper condition but unfortunately still technically tied to Verizon but can be bypassed during setup. All good so far.

Not fully unlocked

Phone came locked under verizon wireless. Hopefully a branch nearby can help with that.

sent me the product that is not unlocked and it still connected to an American only supplier which I can't even unblock the phone and now they're refusing to do anything for me just sending me pictures that I received it on the front porch what good is a phone you can't unlock and like the service provider that's in it isn't even offered in Canada I would recommend nobody deal with this company online ever again the way they treat people they should be more than willing to either give 

me the codes to get it unlocked and dock a little bit of money off it or give me another phone that is unlocked instead they persist on sending me photos of it's delivered

worst company

Hi bought this refurbished phone and received it on 10th of january. It came without any notice about the battery, it was lowering very fast. Then last month it started to malfunction with the screen. I had to restart to make it work. The screen wasnt able to function in certain parts. Then today, it wont boot. The battery just dropped and then i saw some flashes when it try to open. VERY UNHAPPY. Im a teacher, I work a lot with my phone to call collegues on team or take the presence, seriously I would never EVER buy a refurbish phone. I cant take a photo for the review...its dead.

Horrible!!! I cannot use this one with other companies' SIM cards, even though the webpage said "Unlocked ". This phone keeps saying "they can not find Verizon SIM card" . i am not reaaly not happy.  Now I am out of Canada, but when i go back to Toronto, i will return. They mess up my vacation

Really disappointed. Phone was still locked. Wasted my time to making calls & finally returned the phone.
