Purchased a 'Like New' listed product, but what I received is far away from 'like new' condition. I could not return it as I needed a phone urgently, but would have expected to price match for the condition of the phone with what it is really worth. 

I like the phone, but not fully satisfied with the purchase experience.

Not a 'like new' product

The phone functions above average. The battery  not too great. The phone body on the angles all chipped, like it suffers a heavy falls from previous user. Its nothing like new.
