I used to be a devoted Iphone user for many years, but now that I have switched to the Samsung S8 edge I will never go back to Apple ever again !! this phone is leaps and bounds better then any Iphone I have ever had !!! so much more versatile and user friendly.  Samsung has converted me for life !!!!

Had the phone for a few days now and all I can say is wow.. Lighting fast, awesome camera and good battery life. The only thing I have a bit of problem with is Bixy.. maybe in a few months I will get use to it, but for now I personally don't care much for it.

I really liked the fact that they include in the box an adaptor for standard Galaxy phone charger, that way I don't have to buy a second cable right away.

Earphone have amazing sounds, very comfortable.

on the down side the price is a bit too much, but I guess it is the price to pay for new up to speed cellular technology.

Overall, very happy with my new phone.

Good looking phone that gets the job done

Upgraded up from a s5 to this s8 and after a week of use, I can say that the s8 is a lot faster and has more features than the s5. The only con I have is that they removed the tv remote control capabilities.

Nice design and loaded with great apps

This is great product and features . it have strong outer body , screen is great but till now i face only one problem , when i unlocking phone with finger print it is little slow.

Was a IPhone user since the start of smart phones. Overall this is a great phone. My only criticism would be the lack of tutorial on its use and features. Have had to wander around aimlessly on utube to try to find help. Would greatly appreciate something from Samsung to give troubleshooting and overall support.

All around good phone

If your Galaxy 8 accidentally falls in the laundry basket and goes into the washing machine and you do not realize it until 10 min. later...... IT STILL WORKS!!!!  Thank you Samsung for a terrific product that actually is water proof as advertised!

I would say it would of been much better to improve thr camera from thr S7 and solve thr problem with back cover glass because it is so easy to break even from a single drop i wish if this can be changed in the next generations

In general, its a fantastic phone with lots of features

Good but.....

The fact that the new sim card was a different shape and could not go into my old phone meant that I could not switch back to my old phone when I wanted to.

Not being able find accessories (like a protective cover of some sort) combined with not being able to switch back to my old phone was a real issue.

Literally ALL of the damage that I have had happen to my last three phones happened to this phone in the first week that I could not get a protective case for it and I could not put it back in the box until I could.  My last two phones looked pristine when I took them out of their case.  This one will not.

I will NEVER buy new technology again.

Timing means a lot

Great phone and in Orchid Grey looks great until you drop it!  My phone dropped from chair height on to a soft floor on the first day (before the cover arrived) and now I have a nice big crack on the back cover.  I dropped my old phone many times and never had a an issue like this.  Why would you make the back cover in glass???

Great phone, but glass backing makes no sense!
