Battery Life

Battery life requires frequent recharging.

I'm wearing the watch right now and I love it. Put it on Fri nite and its Sun nite and I still have 50% left

Nice watch

Nice Samsung Galaxy watch but not sure it was brand new. The box had an extra clear seal applied, there were no instructions/fast start guide, and no protective film on the watch face. This is my 3rd SG watch and the previous ones all had this. Also when starting up the watch, the settings were for the middle east/africa or south america. There was no option for Canada/USA. I almost sent it back but rebooted it a few times, connect to wifi, changed settings to use wifi location, reboot, and it picked up the location and changed it to English/Canada. Kind of sketchy all around

Nice watch but from the middle east and not new

The watch worked for 13 days. There were many times when the watch went off with a black screen (pressing the back and power button at the same time for several seconds, it turned on but.... the last time the screen was just black with no possibility of turning it on I tried everything on YouTube and nothing worked then after 13 days I returned the watch to Walmart and was refunded. I do not recommend it, it is not reliable. But when it worked, I was following the activities and sleeping well. Damage

Watch

I ordered a pink one and was told after I had paid and waited a week, that they were actually out of pink, leaving the only option to receive a black one. I could have easily looked for a watch somewhere else but felt compelled to accept the different color because I had already paid. Not too happy about that.

Didn't get what I had ordered.

Shipping & logistics were a hassle. I had to contact Walmart customer service multiple times to inquire about my order as I received no updates leading up to and past the expected delivery date. The item was out of stock and no one reached out to me to communicate that the item will not arrive. I had to figure everything out on my own. Walmart employees a third party company to fulfil their orders. Even though it is purchased via Walmart.ca, they did not take responsibility to communicate the situation and left it up to me to deal with. Very frustrated and will not be purchasing electronics online again. Fix your system & train your staff!

Buyer Beware - Shipping Nightmare

Watch arrived non-functioning. Seller slow to respond to return requests. Ultimately had to escalate and return at local store.
Purchased another watch exactly the same model and it works great.

Great watch, not so great seller

Very unhappy. Bought through Walmart.ca but the watch I received was locked to middle eastern countries, meaning many of the health features advertised were not available. No way to unlock the watch so had to be returned.

Deceptive Seller, Unimpressed Buyer

The watch region was locked in the middle east and unable to pair with any samsung devices here in Canada.

Region locked in UAE

Battery doesn't hold a charge. Needs to be charged every single night. Really Disapointed with the battery life.

Stay away from site bought this a couple days before Black Friday, almost saw smoke behind my credit card they can process that real quick.than i watch my tracking...great it was on the way tracking even showed it almost close enough that i could go get it...than it went dark..package delayed message appeared...waited close to a week with no movement thanemailed a request..the what apears to be a 3rd party got back to me offering a broken English response basically what i ordered and paid for was not available all after showing processed .paid for and on lins showed even out for delivery in my town...seemed weird they offered a refund or simply wait attitude...i fugured i got scammed...i ended up accepting a replacement not the same color this one in black i figured after the strange happenings i better accept figuring if i didn't i was unlikely to see the money i paid...wont my wife be happy Christmas morning opening up her manly black watch instead of the pink one....cant recommend this site save the hassel go old school and drive to the store
