Great watch

Samsung UK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] nice device and I like it batteries good clear display

Samsung watch 9

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy 9 watch because I've always had Samsung Cell phones & tablets. I liked the shape & choice of different bands to use. I'm not exactly a techie person but I'm enjoying the different areas that this watch provides for me. Still finding my way but very happy with this purchase.

My 1st Smartwatch

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy I chose the Galaxy Watch9. I lead an active lifestyle in the gym five days a week, daily physical activity and clean eating while also working 10 hour shifts. Not only does the Watch9 monitor my activity, it also monitor my sleep, blood pressure, recovery and readiness for daily physical exertion. I can track my food and water and soooo much more!!! Then, at work, it keeps me on track being able to receive calls, texts, and other messages even when I'm away from my phone. In case you're wondering, battery life is excellent! I charge it when I'm showering and wear it the rest of the time day & night. I honestly can't function well without my watch tracking everything & helping me out. As a side note, it's highly customizable to your needs. I definitely recommend the Galaxy Watch9.

Watch9 Highly Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, what a wonderful watch. I'm glad I chose to upgrade from my old Galaxy Watch 7 to this newest version.
And in addition to all the fun it was super easy to transfer all settings including the watch faces from old to new. Yeah!
Happy customer.

Great watch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Watch9 because I wanted a smartwatch that looks great, is easy to use, and helps me stay more connected to my health. One of the most important features for me is the heart monitoring. I really appreciate being able to keep an eye on my heart rate throughout the day and have that information right on my wrist. I also love the activity and workout tracking, bright and clear display, and how seamlessly it works with my Samsung phone. Whether I'm working, staying active, or keeping up with calls and messages, I use it every day. The health features give me even more reason to wear it consistently. I'm really happy I chose the Watch9!

Watch 9...wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always owned a Samsung watch since they came out. I loved the very first one and I know I'll always have one. I am a lady and a smaller one being 5 foot tall so my wrists are pretty petite. I traded in my 7 for the 9 knowing the design has changed and it's going to look larger. I told myself I'd try it. I absolutely hate this larger, bulky watch face. Perhaps, this design is good for men but even my mother who has a 7 said she hates it. It's too masculine looking for me and just looks weird. It's like this huge watch face on my wrist and that's all I see. I prefer the round design or even just a square. This is like a person thought it would be a good idea to combine both. And it's not. Pick a shape Samsung! If you insist on continuing with this horrible shape there needs to be a smaller version, smaller than the 40mm, available for women. If you have the 7 ladies, keep it! I wish I'd have not traded mine in and forced myself to wear this hideous thing

I dislike the larger watch face

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Galaxy watches since the Gear and most recently had the Galaxy Watch 7 44mm and decided to upgrade to the Galaxy Watch 9 44mm. I'm honestly not very satisfied with it and feel the 7 was better for the following reasons:
 1. In my opinion the Watch 7 had better wrist straps than the 9.
2. I'm not liking the squircle design as much and find the rounded design to be better.
3. The Watch 9 does not lay flat to charge on the the Samsung dual wireless charger. This is a miss on Samsung's part. Only way to use the dual charger is to fold the wrist straps in opposite direction and loop them, which is annoying.
Otherwise it's not much different from than the 7 on how it functions. As for the battery after 12 hrs of usage its down to 65%. The responsive seems fine with no noticeable lag. I'm interested to see what improvement the Watch 10 will bring.

Watch 9 is Ok so far.

The watch band was too tight for my wrist and I even went out and bout the next size up and it was still to small. Samsung should make a l/xlg version so people with big wrists can actually use their products. Also the battery life does suck. I charged it to 100 percent and by morning I was down to 50 percent. The display, accuracy, and durability were good though but until samsung can make bigger bands I will not be buying a watch from them.

Watch bands too small

For the first few weeks I owned my Watch 9, 40mm Bluetooth version, it was great, battery life was excellent. It was comfortable to wear and battery life was as good as my Watch 8. However the last 4 days battery life has been terrible. I cant even get 12 hours out of it before the battery is almost drained. I contacted support, they were no help at all. Unfortunately I traded in my Watch 8 for this Watch 9 and already mailed it back to Samsung. Samsung says if I return my Watch 9, I cant have my Watch 8 back. Which is ridiculous, they know which one they have is mine, because they inspect it and give a report if it passed inspection or not. So now I'm stuck with a useless watch 9. They insist there is nothing wrong with it because the battery test app says its fine, but clearly its not. Also bizarre, its charging way too fast. Normally its 90 minutes to close to 2 hours to charge from 10% to 100%, but when this battery drain issue started, its also charging crazy fast. Like under 30 minutes for 10% to 100%. I dont know if there was an update in the last week, or if it just suddenly became defective, but I'm seeing people on Reddit and Samsung Members app complaining of the same issue. While Samsung pretends nothing is wrong. I've had numerous Samsung watches over the years and never had an issue with any of them. I'm extremely disappointed wit this one. Do better Samsung and stop denying there is a problem and fix it.

Started out great, 3 weeks later its awful
