This is my first Galaxy Z flip, so far I like it, although I am a bit afraid to open it and close it lol 😆  
Size is very convenient and easy to keep it in my purse. I am still learning all the ins and outs of the phone. Speed of processor is very good, so, so far it is 5 stars 🌟

I loved my experience. I traded in my old phone to get Flip 5 and this is the best decision ever. This phone is technology at it's best. Definitely exceeded my expectations.  And to you Samsung, because of how easy you made this trade-in for me, you've earned yourself a customer for life.

Love It

Sleek, compact and stylish this flip phone offers a stunning design that catches the eye.  Although it is a beautiful phone to look at it would be a new effective performer with a longer battery life.

Beauty is a drain

Couple things I don't like about the phone but all in all I like a lot more things than dislike- it's fast , I love how it folds into a smaller size so it barely even looks like a cell phone,  it has room for lots of files and pics; the one thing I really find aggravating is that there is no micro SD slot and there's no regular headphone jack , those two things are important to me but what I like about the phone still trumps those two misses with me.

More and less there's more than less

I like the fact that it is foldable, it is innovative, cool, takes less space in the pockets. I like the screen behind it, we can have notifications and use qqs applications. It is a bit heavy and heavy when folded. The battery is not powerful enough. The colors have improved with the latest update.

I've had my flip 5 since Aug 21 and it started getting a green line in the middle a few weeks ago now the screen is completely blacking so it can't be used. I've don't the soft reset and it worked occasionally but 70% of the time it doesn't. I'm pregnant do not having a phones is so incredibly dangerous. I don't drive so getting it to a place where it can be looked at is going to be a huge pain in the but. I am so disappointed in this phone.

The crease in the phone broke after less then 48 hours. I have been an iPhone user for 10 years and wanted this phone because I thought the flip was really cool. Definitely disappointed about it. I just went back to iPhone. Could have been a faulty phone but I didn't want to risk getting another.
