Even when the sound quality is not nearly as good as my other set of Bluetooth headphones, for phone calls and music is pretty good.
Usually you get what you pay, but in this case I think I got one of the best values on this price range

I really like this bluetooth. You can set to vibrate for messages as well as other phone features. Very light and doesn't move around on your next. So far so good. Battery life is great.

I like

2nd pair I have owned.  I tried a few others when I broke mine after 1.5 years of heavy use.  Took them all back and repurchased the U Flex again.  These have decent sound, excellent battery life, microphone works well for voice calls, and stands up to heavy use.  I use these for conference calls and audio, 2 to 5 hours a day.  It is shame they do not have mute button or more microphone cancellation.

I bought these for my husband who works from home as a software consultant. Being hands free is essential to his job. The sound quality on these is excellent. I honestly can't tell if he is on this headset or if he is talking to me directly through the phone. He likes that the microphone has no issues with sound and that he doesn't have to worry about if it's close enough to his mouth for someone to hear him. He normally has a fan running under his desk and the microphone is able to cancel out the background noise with no issues. I can't speak to how these perform in an active setting, but from the stand point of using them for a hands free calling device at a desk job or in the car - the exceed our expectations and I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent Sound Quality!

I am in love with these headphones. The app lets you take a hearing test and customizes the output of each earbud. I have better hearing in one ear, but now it doesn't sound like I'm hearing something at different volumes in each ear! Amazing! I love it. I love being able to customize the output. Also, these headphones are comfortable. I take it jogging, and they never fall out. Minus one star on design, because the base does move as I jog. However, that is minimal, and the movement is never pulling on the earbuds. I am happy with these.

My Favorite Wireless Headphones

I appreciate the changes in the sound quality since my purchase of the Level and Gear headphones. There was no change in quality b/t the audio quality of the Gear to Level. Actually the functions decreased b/t these two as the S voice NEVER worked in the Level headphones. The U Flex restored the S Voice functionality,  and the audio quality has increased greatly! The separate woofer and tweeter in the earbuds greatly improved the audio quality.
I had a S3 with the Gear and later an S6 with the Gear and Level. I was still using the Level with the S6 and the upgrade to the S9. Both still work. The Level wires were fraying and no S Voice doomed these headphones. 
Now after getting U Flex, its integration is as good as the Gear. All the Bixby, volume and the answer/hang up buttons work as 
advertised. The power usage is a little less efficient than either Gear or Level headsets; I need to charge these, daily. I don't do workouts with any headsets as they all fail, but the U Flex on-neck design is flat enough to put under your T shirt and not move. The longer wires, to the earplugs, I thought were a hindrance, but I've adapted to them. They allow side-to-side movement, and when not in use you can completely hide them under my shirt. But they are still earbuds, so I don't think a rigorous workout would allow them to stay put. I don't think the more flexible neck helps any functionality. I mean, I can't put these in my pocket,  for storage,  and a case I bought for the Level fits the smaller U Flex; I can fit both in the same case.

Excellent functional head phones

So, I like the fact that it is wireless, but the wires that it does have are horrible. You have to kind of push them to the back so they don't rest by your mouth. They don't get too loud and sometimes they have momentary cut outs even thought they are so so SO small, they are there. It vibrates and I guess that is a cool feature, but you won't feel it unless it is directly touching your skin and that feels really weird to have against your skin. I like them but they aren't the best.

It is good but...

The sound is really good and the ear pods fit nicely in your ear, but it is missing some features. There is no way to tell the battery status. Also, there is no place to store the ear pods is you don't want them in your ears. The cords hang down pretty far when not in your ear and they bounce all over the place. Unfortunately these do not work for me and my needs.

I have been the biggest fan of Samsung products since I cant remember when My Tv sound bars phone tablets wearable gear....just about every device in my house is Samsung even wear a Samsung lanyard I got at a street fair,...so I was excited to have The Uflex head set to complete the collection. after only a few days I was in love with this head set however all it took was one drop. First time they fell off my neck and one of the buds broke apart and one of the wires came un-soldered,... if Samsung doesnt make this right i may have to say goodbye to Samsung LG is doing some really awesome things I may slowly swith out all my gear.. hope some one at Samsung reads this

1 drop was all it took,

this is my second bluetooth headset so i have something to compare to. First of all good points: Bluetooth sensitivity is very good, battery is ok as well. Now bad: the design is very bulky, the headset catches clothes where my previous wouldn't. Sound quality is average, don't expect too much. any average wired speakers will beat this. the tiny volume buttons are hard to feel - this is really annoying. And worst of all it broke in less than 6 month so not again samsung in near future.
